Cancelled for asking a question

I booked my car for a week in good time for a family holiday. In the meanwhile I changed my car so I phoned to change the details. I was told that all the details were on the website (they were no details about changing car), the operator took the details of the former car, was not interested in details about the replacement car, put the phone down and refunded my deposit.

When I tried to book the second car, I could not do so and I got an email headed "Spam" with a curt note: "No parking available you have been advised to use Inverness Airport facilities
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED"

I replied: "You mean I have been cancelled because I asked you for clarification how to change my reservation from one car to another?
My application has been treated as SPAM."

I got a rapid email reply: "I own operate and I have dealt with you already take your caq to Inverness Airport facilities
what part are you not understanding?"

Make your own mind up if you want to deal with this person.
