This is the second handbag I have purchased from DDH. I was just “window shopping” on Saturday, when I came across a Louis Vuitton bag I didn’t think I’d ever see on the pre loved market. I purchased, paid and had overnight delivery within seconds. This is where DDH came thru in a big way I didn’t realize they don’t ship on Sat/Sun. So I contacted thru text and started a conversation with Lily. She was so helpful she had it boxed and waiting for UPS within 10 minutes. Monday is my only day off and it would be perfect to receive so I could sign. Lily not only went the extra mile and had it out the door, she sent me the tracking and everything. It was packaged to perfection. I wish there were more people like this in business! Received bag Monday at 12:30pm EST.
