I'm a returning customer and regularly order fabric from DALSTON MILL FABRICS. I recently bought some of their Premium Cotton Jersey to refresh my t-shirt collection and was very impressed. The quality and value for money are second to none. I've just received my second order of this fabric in two new colours. Highly recommend.

My order seemed to get lost within the Evri system and although they said they tried to deliver it 3 times and know they didn’t! Eventually they said they returned it to the sender. I spoke to Dalston directly and it was lovely to phone and get through to a person straight away. They said they would get it sorted, and send the package again once they received it back, which they did. I wasn’t in a rush for it so everything was fine in the end. The mystery was the original package was correctly addressed and just popped inside new packaging and sent again and arrived two days later. Dalston kept in touch by phone and email to keep me informed. Good customer service.

Certainly an excellent website with a huge range of amazing fabrics; All sorted and easily accessible. The quality of the fabrics have always been excellent. Ordering is easy and the delivery service is always prompt. I love the thread match service. I wouldn’t buy my fabrics from anywhere else now.

Great fabrics and service as always. This time I got some beautiful linen samples, they arrived quickly, all stickered with info etc. Dalton fabrics are good quality, it is my go-to online shop for sewing projects.

Ordering was easy and straightforward and delivery quick.

I was impressed by the range of fabrics on the website and unable to get there, chose to buy online. I phoned the store to ask about the size of the patterns and spoke to a really helpful man. I ordered some samples which came very quickly and were of a good size to assess the fabric weight and pattern size. Because I was on a tight time schedule, the ordering team kindly rushed the order through and it came very well packed and quickly.
I had also ordered the matching thread and zipper which was very convenient, and at a reasonable price. I now have a lovely bespoke mother of the bride dress. Thank you Dalston Mill staff. Will definitely use again !

Ordered Items 9 days ahead of a deadline and they posted an incomplete order. I told them immediately and they replied saying they would resend the missing parts. They took over a week to correct their mistake and when I mentioned their communication was off they doubled down saying their staff sickness was somehow an excuse that no one was able to post the order I had paid for. Really unhappy with the service, communication and attitude of their customer service.

Don't get me wrong some of their fabrics are good quality and a good price but if you run a business or need reliable professional service then look elsewhere. If there is a mistake made they DO NOT CARE what situation they are putting you in as a customer. They will deal with you when they are good and ready and not a second sooner.

I get all my fabrics from Dalton Mill Fabrics now. Have never had cause for complaint, prices are always reasonable and I have had some great bargains. Good service and speedy dispatch what more could you ask

I have bought several times from Dalston Mill Fabrics so I know their stuff is good quality. I find it hard to judge the colours on screen but from this supplier I usually receive the colour I am expecting which is important to me. On one occasion I ordered an item that was out of stock and they contacted me promptly and we agreed an alternative [ or I could have had my money back if I wanted. Always helpful people.
