These folks made a bad situation better with their very, very good communication and regular updates. The process was straightforward and very well explained. While I hope to never need their services again, I will recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of an old vehicle.

DamagedCars was easier to deal with in terms of what they could offer and how fast they could get my truck out of my hands. I dealt with the nicest lady who helped guide me through all my questions, thanks Nancy. They came to me outside of town, down gravel country roads and communication was very appreciated. It was a blind faith type experience for me selling to Damaged cars and I'm glad I didn't cancel my appointment because they held up thier end of the deal all the way to handing me a check.

Like most people, I was a little dubious of trying to sell my car through an unfamiliar website. After some research, I decided to try damagedcars.com. I couldn't have been more pleased. They made a good offer, and took care of everything. The only hiccup came from my own mistake when signing my title. Damagedcars.com provides great service, and is a reputable company.

So easy! I am soo glad I found Damaged Cars! Locally was getting nothing but hassles. I simply put my information in and I believe I got a very fair price, (and my truck wasn't even drivable). They set up an exact time for pick up and that went very smoothly. The only thing I did not know up front was that because I live in PA, I had to go to a title company and do a title transfer. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
