I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the process went. I was skeptical but Delilah promptly answered my questions and the offer was fair. The whole deal went down timely and without delay. The tow truck driver kind of dicked me around but was apologetic and I think just had a super busy day. He was nice and informative and there were no problems. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

These guys gave me ridiculously good service! They towed my wrecked car from a mall parking lot, but I didn't have the title at the time. They held the car for *months* as I finally got the replacement title that I needed in order to get payment. The person who was working with me (Katie) kept asking and reminding me to send in the title and was incredibly patient - and the second I was able to produce the replacement, they sent payment immediately.
I wasn't sure if these places were scams or not when I started researching, and maybe some of them are. But I can say for sure DamagedCars is 100% honest and trustworthy.

They were very easy to communicate with. They made the sell quickly actually less than 5 minutes after I posted my car. I received my money same time they picked up my car. The tow company was very polite. I would do it again and I have referred them to several people. Also if you have any questions they give you an answer immediately.
