Agree with the reviews I have read (wish I had read them before ordering!) and can confirm, this company is hopeless. The quality of the products is close to rubbish and the customer service when it comes to returns is worse that bad.

Do not, I repeat do not use this company. I bought a shirt of awful quality and when I wanted to send it back I was offered all sorts of discounts. I did not want it and had to ship it back toChina!!!!!!!! At my expense. Did so via Royal Mail at a cost of £9 p,us. Didn’t hear so emailed and low and behold they said they hadn’t received it. To make matters worse I have to pay import duty to Fex Ex . So a shoddy shirt costs
I got around £30 has now ended up costing double. Never again

I placed an order in January and they took the whole payment immediately but shipped the order short of 2 items. The parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive from China.

The clothing was of very variable quality. Hooded jacket very nice, particularly considering the price; dresses good but way too long (I'm 5ft 5" and they were floor length); chunky cardigan unwearable because the armholes were so small I couldn't actually straighten my arms.

I cut them some slack because of the Covid situation but a month later the missing items had not arrived. I chased and was told they couldn't give me a delivery date but I could cancel the balance and get my money back. A month later I chased again and got the same response so asked for a refund. At that point they stopped communicating. A month later I had still heard nothing so I checked online and they had deleted my account so I contacted the credit card company and lodged a dispute for £50 for the missing item.
3 days later 1 of the 2 missing items arrived so I got straight on to the credit card company and asked them to reduce the dispute amount. A month later they said they had received no response and gave me £50. I immediately got back onto them and said it was too much and repeated the need to correct it. Barclaycard said they couldn't do a partial credit (when they clearly had already) and would have to credit the order in full.

Thanks to the combined incompetence of Barclaycard and Damensein I have paid nothing for the £100 of good I have received and I have received a bonus credit of £50 (don't worry I am keeping it on one side in case either get their act together).

Take care ordering as I doubt you will receive your full order and it's uneconomic to return anything to China. However, if you do or have, use Damensein's silence against them to get your money back via your credit card company.

12/07/2020 - DO NOT BUY from DAMESEIN.. this company is a sham.. items arrived 2 months late and were made of polyester not cotton. Very poor quality. I requested a return address and did not receive a response so I posted to the return address on the packaging. My claim with Paypal was denied as the items were never received. This Company should be shut down..

We ordered and paid for 4 lots of funky looking (judging by the advertised photos) womens clothing. That was on the 14th May 2020. We waited and waited and waited and sent email after email after email and got excuse after excuse after excuse.
They came today 8/7/2020. We were very apprehensive about looking at them having read all the reviews about this firms clothing. (Wished we read them prior to purchase.)
It is my professional opinion that they are 'rip offs' from someone elses fashion site. They have stolen the photos and tried to copy them and failed miserably. CRAP (Cheap Rubbish And Pathetic) is the only word I can use to describe them. What they do is criminal. China is infamous for copying well know high street names and this is one of them. I am sure that China allows this and other things to go on as it will undermine western economies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This firm replied to my criticism with unbelievable nothingness and 'have a nice day'. It reminded me of the series 'The Prisoner' starring Patrick Mcgoohan where everything was artificial and life was wonderful (NOT)!! I think if I had put that I was a murdering psychopath and their fashion stealing had led to me having a murdering spree I would have still got the same reply. '' We thank you for your comments and we try to improve our service...have a nice day''

SEE OTHER REVIEWS TOO! Absolute cr@p. Order 2 items on 19.5.20 - received today 8.7.20. They are really cheap, poor stitching, no kimbles or tags, crunched up in grubby zip-lock bag. I did not realise I was ordering from a Chinese company, I wrongly assumed they were German...doh. Not going to waste time and energy on requesting a refund given all reviews here - don't want to waste the postage costs. I will be contacting Joe Lycett's Got Your Back. What a waste of £40.

If there was a minus-one rating I would have used it: I have waited since 28 May 2020 for a product - it is now 8 July 2020 and it has still not arrived. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - recommend you follow suit

Thieves - plain and simple. The articles delivered are nothing like the ones shown on their website. Returned them all the next day, but never received a refund - total scam. They are just thieves :(

Awful, poor quality, ordered 5 items. 2 came over a month after the order was placed, 3rd item another month later - all extremely poor quality more so not as picture shows. And finally refunded for the final 2 items but only by the assistance of paypal!!

Hi Damensein still waiting for my two tops .Paid for the 17th May.Still no tops.I have bought several items from China in that time received them within ten days .I have never bought off such a sham company I will be reporting you to whoever will help me.PayPal on the case .It's bloody ridiculous to take hard earned money off people and get nothing in return.

I have lost £197 to this bunch-exact same complaints as others- nothing fits- didn't get correct items and quality shocking.Can't get returns labels- nothing.WHY ISN'T THERE A BODY TO CLOSE DOWN THESE THIEVES-THEY SHOULDN'T B ALLOWED ON- LINE.DO NOT entertain these thieves.

Don't buy anything from them. I purchased a blouse with a scarf (as on their picture). Blouse arrived (poor quality) and no scarf. I sent a query about missing scarf. No reply. Followed it with 2 further messages (filling their query form where they say that they will reply within 48 hours). No reply to date.

I am going to put this down to experience; never again! Cheap, poorly made, flimsy material. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Only realised it was a scam when clothes came through and my wife wanted to return a few items. The returns process is ambiguous and less than straight forward, designed to put you off from ‘returning’ goods.

I bought several items at the beginning of February, items received were far from described, several no resemblance to the photo and extremely poor quality. I didn’t receive a couple of items which i have passed a dispute to PayPal for a refund on these items.
Diabolical they should not be able to trade. They are not worth 1 star but it wasn’t possible to leave the review if I didn’t chose at least 1 star!!

I have been doing some research over the past week. Let me break-down a few things for you:

01. ALL of the pictures on your website are stolen from other people's online businesses. You use stolen pictures to trick people into buying clothes that look nothing like the clothes advertised on your SHAM website.

02. The jumpsuit and top I paid for was advertised with photographs stolen from a company based in New Zealand. I have contacted the CEO via Instagram and I have emailed her the links and screen shots so she is now aware. She will be reporting you and so will I. You have stolen quite a lot of her pictures to advertise quite a lot of clothes.

03. I have posted about your SHAM COMPANY (with screenshots) on a social media page for females in the UK that has over 20,000 females on the membership list. Get ready to lose some business SHAM 'CATHY' at SHAM COMPANY.

04. I have seen the BAD reviews of your SHAM COMPANY within internet chat rooms. I KNOW having read a lot of those reviews that you DELETED BAD REVIEWS from your SHAM Facebook Page before you stopped all customer posts.

05. When you reply to customers emails and delete their original email out of the bottom, do you think we don't notice? You do this to confuse the customer because you think we don't keep a record of what we emailed you about in the first place? OH, SHAM 'CATHY' YOU ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!

06. You don't answer questions about why the delivered items look nothing like the pictures on your SHAM website. Do you think we don't notice how you style your emails and how you avoid giving reasons? OH, SHAM 'CATHY' YOU ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!

07. It is IMPOSSIBLE to return any item TO CHINA within 15 days of delivery because to get anything to CHINA in 15 days from anywhere in the world takes a long time. But YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS SHAM 'CATHY' !!

08. You want to give 15% discount? It's okay... your SHAM COMPANY can keep the few pounds you have offered to reimburse me. Why do I want to refuse the discount? The discount is CHEAP. Like £2.80. I don't need cheap customer service from CHEAP PHONY 'CATHY' AT CHEAP PHONY SHAM DAMENSEIN.

Terrible! Items poor quality and so I returned to the 'return mail address' in the UK weeks ago. They now say this is the wrong address and there is no chance of a refund. Website very misleading. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought.

This company have the worst return record i purchased some goods that were not suitable sent them proof of return and they tried to persuade me to have exchange goods. i have had to write and after many emails still have not received my refund will not recommend anyone to use this company will be seeking legal action to get my refund
