Good Luck EVER getting a Return LABEL or Refund

I purchased some prosthetics for swimwear - was promised a specific due date. Due date was delayed, so I purchased through another provider. Damozelle sent my items about 14 days too late; now, it’s a three ring circus of phone calls, emails, supposedly sent return labels etc. It’s a joke truly - I have items I no longer need and have no way to get a refund. They seem to be only asking one thing of me- to NOT do a charge back. What choice do I have after all of this time? I’m out about $100 and this company doesn’t care one bit.
