Update I emailed as soon as I got the response. 0 response back. This is exactly what I meant with often they don't reply
Update: they are sending replacements for my damaged items the customer is slow if they even respond at all (I've had multiple issues mainly broken or damaged items from poor packaging and some never got fixed as they just never responded after several email attempts.)

when I ordered the photocards I ordered 4 packs and I got 4 identical packs of cards and had to go through the process of getting them replaced. ive heard alot of negative experiences with irl merch and it needs to be addressed and sorted.
Arrived very quickly, high quality items, can’t wait to wear my new hoodie and have my phalendar up all year! <3

I love the merch, but I wish the clothing were available in smaller sizes. I'm very petite, and i always see availability for sizes online expanding to include increasingly large sizes, without ever including an Extra Small or XXS.

Generally, great experience - easy to navigate webpage, fast shipping, great quality items. Ordered a few times in the last months already and would have given 5 stars, if it wasn't for my slightly poor interaction with customer service for the last order where it was clear that my message had not been read - as this happened only once, I am willing to believe that this was the exception rather than the norm, so overall very happy with everything :)
I got the Hard Launch hoodie and the Phantasy Land sweater. The delivery was incredibly fast. I appreciated the way the fit of the items was described on the website cause it gave me a better idea of what I was getting. The material feels sturdy, especially the prints.

I have previously purchased items from this shop and found that the quality of items leaves much to be desired compared to the price. I recently decided to look at this shop again, but pay more attention to the product information. Well, I was out of luck, because the product information is all over the place! It's clear there's little care in describing what product you are actually receiving. Some item descriptions contain the product material, and that's it. Some items don't even contain that and say nothing at all about the garment.
It would take little effort for this shop to include the brand/name of the garment used so that you can be INFORMED of what you are purchasing. Apparently, that's too much to ask. "100% cotton" can mean a lot of different things depending on the brand and style. Without that info, it's impossible to know the actual quality of the item you are buying. And that's if you're lucky and the product actually says what it's made out of. Never again will I spend FORTY DOLLARS on a t-shirt only to receive something thin that was made who-knows-where and was probably bought by the manufacturer for $2 a pop. I wish this company would be more transparent about where they are getting their garments from, or at the very least have accurate product information. It's sad to see how far downhill this store has gone and I hope it shapes up soon. $100 for a jacket, and you can't even say what material it is? Give me a break.
UPDATE (original review posted Sep 19th, update Oct 15th):
I wish I could update this review with good news, but unfortunately I cannot. As you can see below, after my initial review I was met with a request to send links of the items that didn’t have sufficient descriptions. This would be a fair request if I said one item out of thousands needed updating and didn’t say which one. However, this was not the case. My initial review stated that all items should be updated as none of them had the names of the garments. Nevertheless, I emailed the provided email address with links to each item. I also let them know which items were missing the fabric content altogether which is ILLEGAL to not provide for shirts/jackets. I received a prompt response to this email, only to be given an excuse as to why I was asked to send links and to be told that “management” was forwarded everything I sent. Within 2 days of this email, all out-of-stock items were pulled from the US shop and the theme was updated; yet, no change was made to the descriptions when the rest of the site was updated.
A few days later I received another email doubling down on why I was asked to send links and was told that the shop was “looking into” each item. This was September 26th and was the last substantial email I received. Since then I have had to email multiple times only to be told once (on October 6th) that my case was a “priority” and nothing more. I have yet to be given a timeline as to when any item descriptions will be updated, or told what “looking into” the items means. To me that sounds like they don’t know what garments they are selling. I have sent two emails in the past week (again, only asking for a timeline and what "looking into each item" means) which have gone unanswered.
It is disappointing to me that publicly this company promises to make things right, yet does little to change anything behind the scenes. I, a CUSTOMER, took time out of my own day to try and help this company and have gotten crickets in return. If they aren’t going to update the descriptions, I just want to be told that rather than having my time wasted for over three weeks. Also I would just like to reiterate that it’s breaking the law to not have the fabric content of items (such as the tour jacket) listed, yet this company seems to not care. I have given plenty of time for the issue of product descriptions to be addressed. At this point, there is only a handful of unique items across all shop locales that need to be updated. It should not take three weeks. I have been severely let down by this shop and their abysmal customer service/lack of care/negligence. I will not be purchasing again until they show with their actions (rather than words) that they actually care about their customers and are actively making changes to their systems. It’s unfortunate I can’t change my rating to 0 stars.

In general I have had a good experience with irl merch, however I ordered something for a friend in America and despite her also ordering stuff, they clearly did not put two and two together and because I missed out the unit number on her address, her package has been lost for 2 weeks now. There is no way to contact irl merch despite usps saying it is out of their hands. This is very disappointing and I will think twice before ordering again.

Order was cancelled after purchasing because they didn’t have the stock, but this was brought to my attention after they already released the order so that I couldn’t cancel it. Now i’ve paid shipping for a single item - and of course it was the most expensive item that was still available. it’s like they knew that if they told me 2/3 of my order was unavailable, i would cancel and so didn’t tell me?? super frustrating especially because this is the second time stuff from an order has gone unfulfilled!! honestly not going to order again until this is resolved because this is a joke.
Avoid! I’ve heard so many bad things and haven’t ordered in four years but with the recent sale I decided to chance it and order two t-shirts. I received the order confirmation and then didn’t hear anything for over a week about it shipping. I’ve just had an email today to say one of the items is out of stock and is going to be refunded. So disappointing 😔 Dont order and get your hopes up that you’ll actually receive it!!
my order has been stuck on “preparing for shipment” on shop for a very long time with no progress, despite seeing other people getting their merch. i’ve heard of other people having problems with merch never getting shipped and i don’t want to have wasted my money.
