Poor customer service
I rented a house, however it was dirty when we checked in and the dishwasher was not working. Despite contacting the service center, nothing was resolved during our stay. What is more ridiculous, is that I am still chased by their team with asks to pay cleaning invoice (we left the house far cleaner that it was before check in).

Beware of Hidden Charges
I had a very disappointing experience with DanCenter. The cottage I arrived at was dirty, and I had to clean it myself upon arrival. Despite cleaning it thoroughly again before leaving, I was charged the full cleaning fee. Their lack of accountability and unfair charges have ensured I won’t be booking with them again. Very dissatisfied.

Customer should not pay for house heating before arrival time
Not sure if the traveler should be entering the heating consumption readings on arrival, since they should be clear while making the house ready for customers. We simply understood as we need to read only electricity consumption readings before arrival and we did.
After 2 weeks we got 101 kW consumption on heating, which to me is not logical for 40 hours stay, 10 degrees and not windy weather conditions.
Before arrival please read all consumption meters.

Lack of trust, unprofessional and shocking fees after 6 months
Firstly, be very careful as they could send a bill after 5-6 months as a cleaning charge. In our case, we even cleaned the house which was not cleaned well from the previous occupant. Once we received the bill, we sent the check out videos which we had recorded. After seeing those videos Dancenter is really not convinced and did not accept and came back with 30% discount on the cleaning fee. It took nearly 3 hours to clean and keep it all tidy. Moreover, sending a notice after 5-6 months is not professional with a fee of 1030 DKK. If this is the case, we would have opted for cleaning instead of spending time ourselves to do the cleaning. Booking no - 24-322227. Now, they reverted 30% discount on the cleaning fee and we have rejected as it's simply not acceptable. They take lot of time in between to respond back to the customer and no one even tried to call me once to talk about the case. They have now asking us to pay in full :) Overall, seeing the case how it has progressed, great lack of trust and highly unprofessional.
