Staff were extremely helpful, when I visited Birch Park. Jo answered all the questions I had and was very happy with my visit.

Very nice properties - well finished.
Disappointingly small lounge for a 4 or 5 bed house?
Utility room is tiny and no sink??
I understand the reasoning behind fitting sockets & switches half way up the wall but felt that we would need to position furniture to hide these?
NB. Victoria looked after us very well!

I recently moved into my new home with Dandara, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team has been absolutely fantastic.
A special thank you to Alanna, Andrea, Liam, and Israel, who have been truly outstanding. Their support, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything was in place as I settled into my new home.
Their dedication and customer-focused approach really stood out, and it made a big difference during what can often be a challenging process.
I’m very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend Dandara Homes to anyone looking for a new property.

Easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and helpful regarding all aspects of the house purchasing process.

We viewed a large number of new build developments from a range of the ‘bigger’ developers and the quality of the overall Dandara offering was apparent to us immediately.
We have now moved in to the Braeburn Fields site and the whole team have been fantastic, from the friendly, professional Elliot in the sales office who assisted in the snagging as if the home was his own, to the back office legal team, the cleaners, through to Olly the site manager who has such a professional, helpful, can do attitude.
We were aware the site has ongoing development which was a slight concern before moving, it need not be, all the trades are thoughtful, courteous and the attention to leaving the site clean and tidy is impressive.
We would not hesitate to recommend a Dandara new home.

Just moved into my new home in the Hazelwood development.
The Dandara sales team especially Andrea have been so friendly, supportive and professional throughout the whole process of my initial enquiry to the closing of the house sale.
Their knowledge and understanding of the process helped me greatly in my decision making and I appreciated them being there whenever I needed questions answering they were more than willing to respond.
Buying a new home can be such a daunting process but I felt I could speak with them and they were more than helpful.
Andrea has an easy, friendly and welcoming manner to the customer and I’m sure is an asset to the sales team.
The communication and follow up care information is thorough and organised and I’m happy with the service that has been delivered.

Very helpful and made easy to navigate through the process

I had a recent viewing with Kelly from Dandara rentals of a beautiful apartment. Kelly was on time for the viewing, she was very courteous and friendly. During the viewing I was shown every aspect of the apartment, nothing was missed. Also other areas of the building was show during the viewing. An all round good experience. Thank you Kelly.

The staff were very friendly helpful and patient.
The site looked lovely with a good selection of houses to choose from.
Chris was especially patient and helpful going through the site plan with us and explaining our options.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou once again to the whole Dandara Jersey Lettings Team for their smooth and professional handling of a change in tenant, including property inspection, sorting maintenance issues, sourcing a new tenant and arranging the security deposit and rent payment. My name is caroline ,i have just rented a property with Dandara recently.
I would like to say I had a good experience looking for house as i was listened to given chances to view the house ,I found that to be very kind as i explained my situation and was accommodated for viewing even after missing my first appointment.
I am also grateful to Kelly for explaining everything and responding to my emails.
Am hoping the same goes on till end of my tenancy .

Didn’t like the finishes on the wallyford houses . I would say a cheap range
