I cannot recommend D&M Furniture Derby highly enough. My elderly parents recently bought a sofa in store, but once it was delivered, it became clear that it just wasn't the right fit for their needs.

Although exchanging it was outside of the company's usual policy, I went into the store to see if there was anything they could do. From the moment I spoke to Sat, he was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and genuinely wanted to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Instead of simply pointing to the policy, Sat worked quickly to find a solution and helped us choose a replacement sofa that was absolutely perfect for my parents. The whole process was handled with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency, and they had their new sofa delivered within just two weeks.

Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. It's clear that D&M Furniture genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go above and beyond when it matters most. Thank you to Sat and the whole team for making what could have been a very stressful situation so easy. We will definitely be recommending D&M Furniture Derby to family and friends.

Excellent service 5* and delivery 5*. Very friendly and informative staff, not at all pushy who spend time to ensure you get exactly what you need. Bought a 2 seater and 3 seater electric recliner, ordered on Friday and delivered the following Wednesday as promised. Delivery drivers were on time and took our old suites away for an excellent price . Suites arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packed for transport and tested by drivers before leaving . Overall experience 100% better than our experience with more well known competitors.

My daughter recently purchased a corner settee unit from this company and both she and I were impressed with the quality of build, service and delivery. To that end my wife and I visited the store in Derby and coincidentally selected 2 single recliners and a 2 seat recliner sofa of the same style as our daughter. The store visit was very relaxed and there was no pressure from the sales team. The lady that dealt with us in the shop was not at all pushy but very well informed on the products. We were advised that due to awaiting delivery of new stock (they had been busy during Covid) it would be 3 to 4 weeks before we could expect our furniture. (This suited us as we had some decorating to complete) Due to issues beyond DandM control we had to wait a couple of extra weeks but were kept up to date by Brian from the store who contacted us on a regular basis. When the furniture was delivered the guys that bought it to us were very careful about moving it into the house and assembling the furniture as well as positioning it for us. They were very good. The Customer service was/is excellent from Charlie. All in all the purchase experience was very good, communication at all times was very clear and delivery and installation totally acceptable. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
