Excellent response, great website

Excellent response, order accuracy and execution just as requested while ordering.... Excellent quality, fresh stock and standard delivery time. Mr. Noe is very responsive and great person.
In my last order they even included an additional gift inside my parcel.

rubber not glued

Hello, I usually order from you
and I am really satisfied,
but this time I ordered a racket and two rubber bands and asked them to glue them for me.
Yesterday I took it out to play with it for the first time.
And I discovered that a relatively large part of the rubber band is not glued.
