Having a Solis tractor it's always difficult locating the correct parts. D & S have a great website that lists all the parts they have for my tractor (S26 Shuttle) which can be referenced to the Solis part number.

Ordered on the 13th February and delivered to the UK on the 16th February and exactly as ordered.

Everything went well. I ordered Solis parts on Wednesday and received the order the following Tuesday (France). I was suspicious given the other review and the fact that customer service doesn't send any tracking information for your order. (But DPD does.)
I think if you have small parts to buy, you can do so here. If you have larger, more expensive parts, do it with your local dealer.

Warning, avoid!

I bought some parts for my Valpadana tractor, for the front axle.
I asked when I ordered them if there are more than one type of axle, but was assured there is not.
When the parts finally came, they were wrong.
I called and told them about this and they were to investigate it.
After several reminders they tell me they talked to Valpadana who said there is only one sort of axle.
Finding this strange, I called another reseller for Valpadana that asked the same question.
The reply from Valpadana were that there are indeed two types.
D&S had never asked, ofcourse.

With this new info I contacted D&S again and was asked to return the wrong parts.
So I did, cost me about 50 pounds more.

After several weeks without a word and no replies to my mails, I called and talked to a nice lady.
She said she was talking care of it and asked for my bank info for a refund.
Several weeks later, with I got a mail saying I would not get any refund, the parts were ordered just for me.
I then told D&S that I asked if there were different types of axles, before ordering andI was told there was not and that I cannot be blamed for their misstake.
After this I have had no contact with them. I have sent four mails, to their different mailaddresses, but no answer at all.

So not only have they taken my 1200 pounds for the parts I ordered, 50 pounds for my return shipping, they also have taken my parts.

So my advice is not to have any dealings with this fraudulent company.
