Internet sales were always a behind the scenes back up for our usual markets and shows, but due to " unprecedented times in 2020" we desperately needed their help.

They presented a three month budget and plan for the Christmas period including , emails, blogs, adverts and SEO work.
Immediately. we had confidence and went ahead knowing we can't do this half hearted especially advertising and also knowing that advertising can be stopped or adjusted up and down anytime.

The results were excellent to the point where our most popular lacquerware items are sold out and due to being handmade and no more until Nov 2021.
So nothing really to sell.

We both learned so much about zeroing in the advertising on key words and demographics and Google adwords plus Facebook ( not either).
Also , I feel I can ring them up for advice and perhaps also not need their full service next time and could possibly go straight for their advertising expertise, but I would respect their advice first.

Excellent communication with Andy at all times and they kept the ideas coming. What really impressed me is that after giving them 2 weeks notice to end the contract, due mainly to stock shortage, Andy and Dan still worked hard on homepage and SEO work right up to the last day.
You could see the site accessed at 9.40 pm on a Saturday !

So they are self motivated, ask questions and try to understand your business, careful about budgets and run everything past you to tweek or reject.

I'd truly recommend them and we will be back.
