Well, I was a bit hesitant at first, ordered then didn’t get order number( guess because it was over the weekend) got nervous since it was my first time and had read mixed reviews online… so Monday morning I called the customer care number to ask. I spoke to one guy who was very kind and explained that my order is in process and should be shipped in 5 business days… I recieved my orders in less than the 5 days he had mentioned. The products exactly as I imagined…Thankyou … it was my first one but for sure not my last😄… you’ve won me as a customer… thankyou🙏🏾

Refund takes longer …
Rely not satisfied as the refund procedure take long for me to receive my cash back. Till now I haven’t received my refund and no feedback from vendor.Tracking my parcel I can see item received by vendor more than a week ago.

Fast delivery and excellent clothing
I wanted a beautiful MaxMara jacket which was sold out in Sweden and on the MM website. I found it on d’Aniello online store and it was delivered within 2 days from Italy to Sweden. Love it!

Money was taken from PayPal, did not receive email, did not receive handbag.
A claim is currently going through with PayPal

This website is total waste of time
Paid for item, never received item after 10 days they decided to send partial refund after several emails was sent. Total waste of time. I would not recommend their service.
