Terrible service, will not return
I attended on Saturday 2nd September for a booked appointment of a wash, cut and blow-dry which should have taken 45 minutes. I arrived at 12:45 for a 13:00 appointment. I was left standing in reception for 5 minutes before anyone came to talk to me. I was checked in by my stylist who sat me in the waiting area saying she would be with me in a minute. At 13:30, after watching my stylist blow-dry and cut one customer's hair, and wash and blow-dry another's, I asked how much longer it would be. She told me it would be another 10 minutes, I said my appointment was at 13:00 and she told me she was running behind. At no point in the 45 minutes I was in the salon, did anyone tell me I would be delayed, in fact, apart from checking me in, no one spoke to me at all. I had plans so I said I couldn't wait and would have to leave. I was offered no apology and no one has contacted me since to apologise and arrange another appointment. I also have not been contacted to discuss returning the deposit I paid for the appointment. Terrible service, I will not be returning.
