My experience with DanielssonBil AB has been absolutely appalling, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I went into the transaction expecting a fair, trustworthy deal, but what I got instead was a complete nightmare of dishonesty and disrespect.
Not long after purchasing the car, serious issues started cropping up, and within just four months, the car completely broke down. According to Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), they are legally required to help in such cases, but DanielssonBil AB refused to take any responsibility. Instead of owning up to the problem, they passed the buck to Garantigruppen, leaving me to deal with the issue on my own.
Amir from DanielssonBil did try to help a little bit, but his efforts were minimal at best. All he did was pass emails around and call Garantigruppen, leaving me stuck in a never-ending loop with no real resolution. When Garantigruppen requested an inspection, the repair shop confirmed the fault, but DanielssonBil AB made it clear that they didn’t want to cover the repair. Despite this, I had to continue chasing for any sort of help.
Additionally, DanielssonBil AB uses some sketchy third-party companies for the warranty, most of which have terrible reviews. It’s clear they’re more interested in outsourcing their responsibility to unreliable companies rather than offering genuine support to their customers.
This company has no respect for its customers. They’re quick to take your money, but the moment there’s an issue, they disappear. No ownership, no customer care, no accountability. They hide behind fine print and play games with your time and money. This is not how businesses should operate.
I’m disgusted by the way I’ve been treated, and I strongly urge anyone looking to buy a car to stay far, far away from DanielssonBil AB. They are dishonest and untrustworthy, and they clearly have no interest in upholding their legal obligations. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
