Absolutely terrible company. Sent email regarding a return. Returned the item weeks ago and still have not received a refund and now nobody will respond back to my emails

I order quite frequently and for returns they claim you just mail it back. No RMA number or return number needed. I’m not really sure if they’re even receiving the returns because I get no email back. I think I will have to stop and check my credit card statement today.

CONTACTED DANIKI LIMITED BY EMAIL
DANIKI LIMITED Responded to my email that the package was delivered on my porch on AUG.8,2023 ‼️

NEVER RECEIVED‼️

I have lived at my residence for 23 years and they said they shipped it to my porch and no one ever steals or removes packages from my doorstep in this community‼️

It was just never delivered. ‼️They sent me a picture of delivery, which the picture was not even my porch‼️

I contacted the customer service by email and they sent me all the information about they delivered.WIth graph of progress of delivery a computer generated drawing and not by a delivery service in which they did not mention what delivery service they had hired‼️

Then I counter their email, bounced back undeliverable, so they blocked me. They did not want to resolve my situation about not getting my merchandise or refund from.DANIKI LIMITED‼️

So that shows me intent to be deceiving‼️

So I called my bank. They investigated and found out it was a scam and return my money.‼️

My suggestion would be to call your financial institution that you use the money to purchase and they will refund your money‼️

JUST DON’T ORDER OR PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM DANIKI LIMITED‼️

I ordered a dress from this company on January 7, 2023. I received a confirmation email and on January 12 I received an email with tracking info stating that it had shipped. It is now March 16, 2023 and it has not arrived. I’ve sent the company two emails and they will not respond.

Girlfriend very happy with purchases. One item had a shipping issue but was easily resolved immediately after contacting seller. great personal customer service that you just dont find too often anymore.

Not only was the designs of all the leggings absolutely incredible! from my friends experience it was a perfect fit and comfy! they got a lot of compliments and it was an over all great experience for them, also the items delivered in great condition and on time! so highly recommended for anyone lookin for a good quality product!!

Never received a refund for my return of about $120

This company sent my order to the wrong zip code where my package was taken with post office records and will not resolve it by sending me the product to the right address. Caution in dealing with Daniki Limited, L.L.C. Their customer service is very poor with customer service . All they care about is getting money and screw the customer. This is prime experience how everyone should not be in public customer service with poor character traits because they, Daniki Limited, L.L.C, have no conception of how to deal fairly and pleasantly with customers. Thank you

If I had the option to leave no stars, I would have. I am charging this whole order back! They tell me my items have been delivered, yet I receive nothing. Bad business doesn't sell!

I'm not one to knock small businesses, but this company is by all accounts atrocious in regards to its shipping and handling policy.

My wife placed an order on March 15, and as of today we have no real idea where her items are, and here is why. Nowhere on their site does it explain that they ship their items from overseas, and once they arrive at the destination country, they are drop-shipped, however, the USPS shipping label is created long before the items ever reach the country, giving the initial appearance that the item is here. I've had a few decent transactions with drop shipments so we were willing to entertain this initially, that was a mistake. I believe in transparent shipping practices, and this company hides theirs, preventing the consumer from making an informed decision.

Second, this company exclaims to be concerned about "carbon footprints" in their return/refund policy, however, the order my wife placed was quickly split into two shipments, creating a larger carbon footprint. So when you read in their return/refund policy and it seems like they are just being kind to the environment when they say to just ask for a replacement, the truth is, they don't want to pay to ship the item all the way back to China... it's more cost-effective to just slow boat a new one to you.

Speaking of, according to the limited tracking info I have been provided since complaining that the second half of the order had not shipped, that item is sitting in a warehouse in China, and has been since 25 March.

Last, when I emailed them, I never received a reply explaining what was happening with the order, just updated tracking via the Shop app. If the items ever arrive, I will let you know about the quality. As of now based on their shipping and handling, it's a hard pass on this company for future business, and I cannot recommend them to other people.

***UPDATE***
So both items have finally arrived. One item, the green cargo leggings seems to be of decent quality and my wife says they are comfortable, although they are slightly big compared to other brands like Freddy or Obsession. The second item, which was Black PU Leather Leggings in size small were so big, it's like they were designed for someone that was pushing 200 pounds, not someone that is 105 pounds, and that is not a joke or a knock on large build people, it is a statement of fact. I am 6'3 210 pounds fairly well-muscled and could fit my leg in. Then there is the issue of the odor, the pants smelled like they were stored with rotten fish.

For a company trying to copy other companies like Freddy, they are seriously missing the mark. Because of the issue with the quality of the pants, I am bringing my rating of Daniki down to 1 star.
