Perfect service
Perfect service, prompt delivery! If you are in Copenhagen, you have to visit this shop and talk to the owners, they are very helpful and friendly. If you are not, you have to - and you certainly can - rely on their web shop.
My first, but definitely not last purchase, they have a lot of beautiful pipes...

Thank you for your kind words. Regarding shipping cost we have chosen a track and trace method which is reliable and fast. Its a not the cheapest but its safe. Your specific shipment was 8-9 Euro and you should compare that to the time consumption, tranport cost, parking cost etc. if you should visit your local pipeshop. Generally, your service is good.
Your;
- choice of pipe models are very good,
- prompt reply and processing is excellent,
- you used to send the parcel by registered mail which was quicker,
- new system for taking the mailing address is in wrong order. It may delay the mailing. It would be better if you would correct it. The post code must be at the end of the address, before the name of the country.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion! That means a lot to us.
However, we would like to give an answer to two of your points:
First of all, we do have an option for registered mail. And I can see that the one we shipped to you was registered. Once the package has been shipped there will be a Track & Trace number available if you log on to the webshop. We will make sure that this is more clear in the future!
Secondly, about the postal codes. This is simply a matter of regional differences. In some English speaking contries the postal codes are found after the city name and before the country. But most of the world actually has the postal code before the city name. That is also the case in our part of the world and that's why we use that adress form. So, what seems to be 'wrong order' for you is actually the right way for us.
Once again, thank you very much for sharing your thoughts.

Thanks for the kind words. Regarding tracking your order you can log on an read the tracking nummber and then follow it. When you received mail numer two from us regarding the order has been shipped the tracking number will be available within approw. 3-12 hours. You can logon under INFO/ORDER STATUS.

Very quick
New home pages are far better than old ones, but still the surfing between different tobacco labels is too complicated. Particulary when you buy number of different labels.

Thank you Jaakko for the kind words. We are still working on how to do it more simple but with around 250 different tobaccos its hard to make it easy. We have thought about having them by each producer but then you have to know quite much about tobacco. An advice could be that you just use the search field in the top right, so when you have an item in the basket just write the next and so on. Hope that it will help.
