ABYSMAL AFTER SALES SERVICE
This company provides abysmal service,and has a history of lax and casual commitment to customers. Have had repeated problems with a CD50 air con unit . Had to go thorough a ridiculously elongated online process to get a quote for repair - which turned out to be incorrectly diagnosed. When I finally got to talk to someone they then sent out a revised quote which I had to pay first before they would book an engineer.
Three weeks late I am still awaiting the engineers visit! Avoid this company!

Your initial request was received on 12th December, and after requesting further details, we received the required information on 19th December. A quote was provided the following day, accepted by you, and processed we processed this on Monday 23rd December.
Our group-wide holiday shutdown from 23rd December to 2nd January meant that international shipments were paused during this time. Since reopening, we’ve been actively working with our factory in Denmark to source the necessary parts. While we strive to maintain sufficient spare parts year-round in the UK, your request came during one of the busiest times of year.
