Simple and efficient! And absolutely ideal for a trip to Iran! You get a local credit card (as the foreign ones don’t work in Iran) and you can use it easily everywhere! And the customer service is excellent!

Best decision to get the Daric card. It made my 10 weeks in Iran hazzle free, you can pay everywhere with it and use any ATM with no fees. Arya, the gentleman who delivered my card helped me set up my Internet password so I could recharge my cell phone online, buy bus and flight tickets etc online. He was a star, always asking about my well being and my whereabouts. I had never received such great service anywhere before. Thank you! I will get another Daric card upon my return to Iran. If at the end of your trip you have a remaining balance they will pay you back no problem. Best service ever!

Choosing DaricPay card was the best decision as a secure but smart payment option. I was concerned about carrying hard cash around with lingering thoughts of how to get the best value for currency. DericPay came in as a life saver. Having this card not only saved me time as I didn’t have to bother looking for currency exchange shops, but also gave me a peace of mind that I always had IRR on me wherever I went.

Arranging the card was easy and DaricPay team got in touch instantly. DaricPay representative Arya was prompt in his responses and made sure everything was simply explained.

On the day of arrival , Milad met me at my hotel and loaded my card with Iranian rials. He also helped me set up a DaricPay online account so that I could easily check my balance. Both Arya and Milad were extremely helpful and professional.

I was able to withdraw funds anywhere and the card was accepted everywhere! It made me feel like settled as payment couldn’t be so easier on a foreign trip. The rates were interestingly competitive and I did not encounter any issues.

I will definitely be travelling to Iran again in the future I will use DaricPay card without doubt.

On our first trip to Iran we did not want to carry all our money around. From our touristic guide we had heard that some people use services of companies such as DaricPay to be able to use bank card in Iran. We were pleasantly shocked by the communication from DaricPay.

They were really helpful and they came to our hostel in Iran on time with the card, some manuals. We gave them money in cash to be put on our card. It was done in a moment so we could use our card as soon as the agent left. When we wanted to put some more money into our account it was possible (we texted them, they sent us bank account details to send money to and as soon as money came we had it on our card)

Paying in Iran by credit card is easy as in Europe but they do not support contactless payments.

One thing I would like to mention though is that we did not read that only amounts over 15€ can be withdrawed to our bank account. So I would like to recommend you if the balance on card is less then 15€ to withdraw all money in rials on airport and change it there to euros.

You really do feel and live like a local when you have this card. Card payment is accepted almost everywhere in Iran (even the tiniest store) and it's comes in handy especially when you have to pay a big amount to vendors. What's more you'll be alerted for every transaction made and are able to check past transactions. Super convenient! Thanks Arya for delivering the card in person and following up with me during my trip :)

I agree with all of the other amazing comments written by other travels. The service was excellent. The whole process of getting a card was super easy and very safe. We could use a card nearly everywhere which was perfect as there was no need to carry big amounts of cash on us.

There was no doubt getting a Daricpay was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Iran. At first I was hesitant getting one, thinking I could do with just cash. But Iran is already a cashless society and having a card is very common. Using the card was so easy, especially with DaricPay's impeccable service. They met me at my hostel and charged the money I gave them on the spot. They even gave a welcome package and their representative taught me how to read and say numbers in Farsi. Daricpay saved me so much time trying to convert, and also the trouble of counting and carrying so much cash. I used it practically everywhere, except for taxis which don't accept them yet. Most importantly, they also refunded back my balance to my Paypal account. Thank you Arya and Milad, for the great and seamless service! :D

I would like to thank the team for the great service!
Before I entered Iran I was in touch with Arya to affirm the cash amount. Next morning after arriving I’ve met Milan at my hotel who brought my bank card and phone sim-card. After couple of minutes of checking I’ve got everything I needed - no cash anymore but bank card and installed sim with internet. Very fast and very handy. I had no problem with using bank card either by paying everywhere or withdraw cash. And excellent mobile signal that kept me staying in touch.
Have to mention the “welcome pack” I’ve got - Persian sweets and saffron, that was so cute!
I do recommend the team of DaricPay to everybody and going to continue to collaborate on my next trips!

It took a bit to get in contact, but after we made contact through WhatsApp everything was really smooth. Arya came to our hotel in Teheran to bring our DaricPay Card and SIM Card. Arya of DaricPay had all the time to explain us the debit card, learned us to read the local numbers and configured our phone with the Iranian 10 GB Prepaid SIM Card. We went to a ATM where we could check the balance, change the Code and the Internetcode (PIN2).

First after 2 weeks we really had to use cash because we lost our card. In other words: in Iran you can pay everything by card, even when you want to buy chewing gum from a guy walking through the metro.

As said we lost our card, which we are able to block in the Android App. We contacted DaricPay about the los, they arranged directly a replacement card with a local branch in Isfahan. At the branch they were well informed about us coming and within 15 minutes a new card was issued.

The only thing to be aware of is that the most of the hotels and guides have fixed prices in euros and like to be paid in euros. So if you put also money on the card to pay hotels and guides and the exchange rates changes, it all can get more expensive of even cheaper.

Arya was so helpful, nice, and patient. He worked so hard to make sure I had money on my Daric Card. He met me at a cafe, gave my Daric card to me, and even stayed to hang out and talk with me and my friends.

We recently spent two wonderful weeks in Iran. I highly recommend using DaricPay for travellers to Iran. The card worked perfectly and was very convenient to use everywhere we traveled. It is the best way manage your funds in Iran, rather than carrying large amount of cash. The app is also excellent and very helpful in keeping track of what you are spending. We went to Iran between September and October and we had a Daric Pay card, it was very useful and easy to buy everything by the card, even the bread. It has been fantastic, everywhere Daric Pay is accepted and you don't have to carry a lot of Iranian money with you.
