I bought a car here at Dart Motors Cape Town Woodstock and I must say, the customer service I got was exceptional!! They are easy and affordable and I would definitely recommend buying a car here!! You won't waste your time or your money!! Dart Motors will most definitely be seeing my friends, family and me again!!

The journey began with the purchase of a 2010 Lexus HS, priced at $12,000. I made a down payment of $3,500, anticipating a smooth transaction and clear terms.

However, the financial aspect of the deal quickly became convoluted. Despite my down payment, I found myself owing $13,000, a figure that was not in line with our initial agreement, leading to unexpected financial strain.

Beyond the financial discrepancies, there were specific maintenance promises made by DART Motors. They assured me that the pads and rotors of the car would be replaced. Despite these assurances, within a week of use, I encountered significant alignment issues with the vehicle. The car consistently veered to the left, especially noticeable on highways, indicating a clear deviation from the promised condition.

When I returned to address these issues, I was met with a frustrating experience. I had to re-explain the situation, consuming more of my time without immediate resolution. This lack of attention to detail and customer care was disheartening.
