I was a Darwin customer for 5 years. My cat was doing ok on the food, however, as time went on, there were multiple occasions involving poor and dangerous handling of the raw food during delivery. I have received beat up boxes with thawed out deliveries and blood contaminating everything!! Contacting customer service was useless, even with photos sent. Darwin's customer service model is one that lacks accountability. So, I finally cancelled my Darwin subscription.

We have given our dog Darwin's raw meat since a pup - he's now 13, still healthy, although slowing down. Our holistic vet encourged us on our last visit to keep his Darwin diet, reduce his kibbles, to maintain his appropriate weight. We're happy with our relationship with Darwins - always attentive to our needs, always helpful with our autoship.

The product is great but the Shipping is not - using ground shipping for frozen food means i get at least 6-8 meat packets that come in completely thawed and unusable. (the high possibility of e coli makes this "iffy" to serve my dogs) I was ready to just stop my subscription but the rapid response and understanding from customer service convinced me to try again. Our next shipment is scheduled in May so we shall see how the product arrives then.

Darwin's is always on-time, communicative, and has amazing customer service. I have had instances where the box was out too long while I was away, or accidentally got delivered to an old address in my account (my mistake), and they promptly corrected it free of charge. And my dog absolutely loves it!

Very helpful with deliveries, changing the timing and place as needed . Deliveries are sometimes complicated within condos, and they are able to assist in managed somewhat difficult delivery instructions.

I have an 11 year old Great Dane, Jackson. He loves Darwin's!! I wanted to do everything I could to keep him healthy and with me for as long as I can!! His Vet says he's gonna be the oldest Dane he's ever seen because he's very healthy!!

I am normally very satisfied with my deliveries, however this month’s experience was drastically different. I received notification that a product was going to be shorted on my order but complimentary beef liver treats would be included instead. The product was shorted, but I also received no treats. The raw food that did arrive came in a severely damaged box. When we opened the package, nearly half of the frozen raw food packages were busted open and broken. Everything was still frozen so we were able to repackage the food for proper storage, but this was a rather concerning experience overall.
The fresh raw meat for my cats is a hit! They love it! It is delivered in larger quantities, which is easy to store in the freezer and thaw when needed. My cats had gotten to the point they didn't want the wet food that I was previously feeding them. I did some research and came across both Darwin's and Smalls brands of raw food for cats. I purchased both brands to try. My cats enjoy Darwins way more. It is also easier for me to serve them the Darwin's brand over the Smalls brand because it isn't as messy when spooning it out of it's packaging. I am very pleased with the value I'm receiving and more importantly that my cats are thriving with food closer to nature for them.

Looked around a lot for the ingredients u had! Wanted duck based. She developed chicken allergy. Tolerates turkey and duck which
I bought. Still transitioning. She’s very picky for past 3 mos fed canned with a spoon figured I’d switch to raw since that was working. Hopefully her sodium level will go down on raw , we just did bloodwork. Another reason I switched. The veggies are great will help keep her kidney and liver balanced. Also elevated. Thank you!

Food is great, Darwins was highly recommended, my dog loves it! I think I’m still trying to figure out the feeding portions and subscription services…but so far so good! I was struggling with her eating other brands.

I received my product in a timely manner and product was still in some dry ice keeping it frozen I get shipping notifications through my shop site so I know exactly when it’s being delivered I have been ordering now for about four months. Any problems that may occur with shipping customer service handles without hesitation very happy with product and packaging .My daughter‘s cat loves rabbit and beef. The best. Will continue using thank you Darwin.s

I canceled my subscription because I changed my shipment date to 3/16 and received a shipment on 3/4, with a shipment still scheduled for 3/16. I don't have that much freezer space and Darwin's chatbot said, "well, that happens sometimes." That told me Darwins really doesn't care they screwed up and didn't own their mistake, so I canceled my subscription.
