Everything about Darwin’s is perfect!
Packaging is the easiest that I’ve had and we have tried at least 5 brands of raw. Easy to thaw, open, and portion properly. My dogs love this food and they all look healthier with shiny coats and perfect poops!

The packs come well insulated and are easy to put in freezer and remove easily to get ready for the next day's feedings. My GSD girl waits eagerly for her meals, very different from her reaction to her regular food. She would look at it and leave it. She eats Darwin's within minutes and leaves not a speck! My vet recommended it for her tummy issues. Still unresolved but she LOVES Darwin's!

Food is great & my dog so looks forward to his Darwin's dinner! Once in awhile the packaging is not secure & the pattties will "leak" if not placed seam side up. Other than that, the best food I could feed my dog!

Our dogs thrive on Darwins food
Reliable on time delivery with a reminder about a week in advance gives you time to change or reschedule the order. Easy to make changes to subscriptions. Our dogs love the food and are remarkably healthy. Our 15 year old rat terrier mix is still able to jump with excitement at mealtime.

THe product, the shipping, the ease of use. the dogs love meal time. one question why or how if the package is 2 pounds each does the shipping slip show the box for the total weigh less then it should? I have recieved 2 orders and both show lighter than the total for the product alone. As in it should wieght a lot more with the shipping/packaging. is the 2 pound package not 2 pounds? I have added to this review.

Never had issues or they've always corrected the problem right away. Also when something does change or have updates they email me and let me know what's going on. I hope it always stays like this

well I bought a Pixie Bob she's only 5months old and the breeder was already giving her your food and that"s why I ordered it. she loves it and this is my first cat with raw food. The delivery was wonderful I new when it was arriving and UPS was wonderful also.

been feeding Darwin’s for years. it has been super convenient from easy to open packaging to the variety of complete and balanced proteins. my english springer spaniel does really well on Darwin’s and often gets compliments on his coat and youthful energy and appearance. he recently turned nine! the one time we had issues with our order, customer service was very prompt.

It was delivered when it said it would be. I changed my order online from what I normally get, before it shipped, and it arrived correct. Arizona is getting hot and there was enough dry ice to keep them cold. Lately some air has been getting in to the bags which hasn't affected anything yet, but I've had the meat become spoiled from this before. This delivery was better then last
