I bought a package around $2,500 for social posts, Google Ads, and Meta ads. Over the six months they ran my account, ad spend passed $6,000. All in, I'm out roughly $8,500. Results: zero sales and one qualified lead that went nowhere.

I checked in every week and asked the same question. Is this normal, or is the targeting off? Every week I got a fast, friendly reply that they were "working on it." Nothing changed.

The social posting at $149/month is the part that got me. It's an AI generator on a throttle, dumping auto-written content into your feed. When I asked them to push an Instagram post over to Facebook, they told me that was an extra charge. That's a checkbox toggle.

Tracking and attribution were on me. They gave no help setting it up, so have a developer ready if you go this route. Near the end, their fix for zero form fills was to add a call extension to my Google Ads. That's not a strategy.

Two stars instead of one because my account manager, Miguel, actually reached out and tried to help. The effort was kind of there. The results were not.

If you're a small shop with no marketing knowledge and no other options, this might get something on the board. I run an agency and hoped to used them to manage smaller paid ad accounts. For that, it's a no. The numbers speak for themselves.

I’ve used a lot of SaaS products over the years, and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

They sell you on questionable results and make claims such as, “Look at our 4.9 out of 5-star reviews.” I don’t know whether those reviews are paid or not, but I can say that my experience was terrible.

Months after I canceled and thought I was completely done with them, I found out they had continued charging our credit card $537 per quarter. Somehow, those charges slipped through our accounting process, and they have cost us a significant amount of money since then.

In my opinion, this company’s software is poor, and the virtual assistants they use do not appear to properly review the AI-written articles. In some cases, they failed to catch even simple errors.

Overall, it was an awful experience. Save yourself the frustration and your hard-earned money.

Update: DashClicks advertises strong review ratings, including a 4.9/5 rating across 1,500+ verified reviews. After I contacted support about continued billing, they stated that my subscription was still active and that a refund was not available under their policy. They then offered to escalate a one-time courtesy credit. However, after I said I had already submitted reviews, support told me the courtesy credit could only be considered if the review was removed. I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience, but in my opinion, tying any possible account credit or resolution to removing a negative review is extremely concerning.

If you are looking for a poorly managed team of undertrained, underpaid VAs managed through a busted console you have come to the right place.

Dash clicks is so bad they use AI to write blogs and still put the wrong one on the website, and of course they break other things while logged in.

Some of the biggest liars you'll ever encounter. I have nothing but hatred for this company and I hope it goes bankrupt.

Do not use this company under any circumstance! Once signed up, they completely ignore you and continue to charge your card and spam you! They also do work that is not authorised and cause more damage than good!
You're better off using a 2 year old baby to work with

They've been ignoring me for a month so far!!!!!

***Beware*** this company will butcher the tasks they agree to do on your behalf for your clients.
In under 2 months they have:
-Broken the navigation entirely for a client's site.
-Sent me the wrong keyword list from a separate client as if it's for my client.
-Sent me keyword lists that include erroneous keywords that don't make any sense for the account.
-Included backlinks in a report on websites that no longer offer listings- trying pass it off as work done.
-Published blogs about topics that don't apply to my clients work at all.
- Completely failed to address outstanding H Tag Hierarchy and claimed that onpage work was completed.
-Ran meta ads resulting only in 25 fake spammy leads. No targeting considerations, no filter questions, just pure trash.

Dont walk, RUN away from Dashclicks they will take your money and piss you off.

Run as far from these scam artists as you can

The platform is next to unusable.

I am missing notification requests because their platform doesn't send me emails. And then I was asked to send a screenshot of emails that don't exist.

Roj, my campaign manager told me that he'd accept emails.. well.. he lied and went back on his word.

I was lied to about when my ads would go live.

They are not whitelabel. Their staff will fill out bookings and emails on your platform,even if its not related using a dashclicks email!

The app doesn't load.. Mobile version of the website is bulky and numerous clicks to get to what matters. Icons or non-intutive.

I was then gaslit and told that no one else is having the problem making me question what I have to say.

It's been bad since I started.

The services is terrible!

They will reach out to your customers and use their own branded emails when filling out forms. They will fill your booking system with tests using their branded emails. What kind of white label service is this?

If you have two businesses with the same owner it will not allow you to create a new company name.

If the owner has the same number it will not allow you to create a new person.

I don't trust DashClicks having my customers information so I use my own because they rreached out to the customer without my knowledge or consent. It wasn't until a client reached out to me.

Their dashboard is garabage and I called for support, they had to call me back, okay cool.. So I waited for a call back. The lady on the phone, Michelle, started helping me then said she had to go help another customer and hung up on me.

When I asked for help via email I get half answers and incomplete scentences leaving me even more confused and asking more questions wasting both of our time which Dash Clicks does not value- at all!

I was dumbfounded.

Just stay away. Your santiy is better off.

Its a shame that this company has to upsell you for every little thing when you sign up for their service. Expecting to pay a set monthly fee, then realizing to set up a website is expensive, then every other basic item needed is an additional expense.
Too bad cause the abilities of this service can be amazing, but for the end costs might as well go with the big names.
