I still not having received my shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th of April and I received a different pair of shoes.
I was asked to send it back and I did it at the following day of receiving the wrong shoes. I know they have received the package I sent to them and they told me that they had sent me the right ones. But this was on the 16th of May.
I'm sending lots of messages to them and they just told me that they were waiting for a response from LA POSTE. But this was 2 days ago and they don't answer to my emails and to my phone calls. I'm desperate because I can't contact with them and I paid almost 120€ and I think I'm not going to receive anything!!!
I'm very disappointed!! I did my order a month ago!! I don't know what's happening and I just want a reply and a good customer service.
