Awful company. Took 13 days to reply to first email, then a delaying email and next email says they will reply with 28 days - USELESS COMPANY AND HOW CAN THESE DELAYS POSSIBLY BE OF ANY USE TO A CUSTOMER THAT NEEDS LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN!
Epic run around. Excuses and no response. Do not use this company cause they will not just take your money and if you need to claim there is just a run around and chase you will never win. Run
This company’s default position even when you’re dealing with a simple claim that you are covered for is NO! You have to challenge them at every turn. Eventually they will agree you are covered but the stress they put you under is overwhelming!
Cowboy scammers, AVOID
We have had water in home for 9 days now.
They told so many lies and broken promises it caused stress to a stroke victim that had to see a Dr, we have got a solicitor involved now, both he and the Dr are making statements as well as the plumber. The lying lady on phone keeps harassing after she was told NOT to contact an elderly sick lady, get this the renewal came in post today, complete and utter joke!
Absolutely disgusting , i have lost 2 days work now, all information is with our solicitor now.
I just looked on another review site 15 reviews all 1/5 negative comments.
They have been sued by looks of it, now again, they will not like our solicitor he is top of his game, a specialist in this field.
