Ordered an ASUS BQ16 Pro, received the BQ16 (non-Pro), an inferior model. Contacted customer service: no reply. Contacted again, again, and again: no reply. Don't buy from here, this is not an honest store.
I recently ordered my new desktop with all the components from Datagrottan It took awhile for everything to arrive and we did have to make a phone call however as it took longer then promised they upgraded one of my components free of charged which is more then enough compensation for the wait. Today I received a high end router from this company. The order was placed on a Saturday and arrived the following Wednesday. The price was much cheaper than all other companies, which also included free shipping. I was given a tracking number so could see where it was at all times. It's early days, and I have no idea if there would be problems if I needed to return the item, or contact them for service or advice. However, with regards to the order/item/price & delivery I have to give them top marks! So far, I'd highly recommend & would use them again.
