What a fantastic company to deal with.
I have found out that they are a family owned and run business, which was no surprise when I saw the level of service they offer their customers. Good old fashioned customer service ordered yesterday delivered today no issues. My search for Milwaulkee tools was based on price and by luck a third party site based in Edinburgh (buy materials) referred me to this company.

Very fast delivery but sadly the tool was broken and didn’t work I contacted Customer services immediately who said they would inform the necessary team who would get back to me. This did take longer than expected but customer service did contact me and we resolved the issue, also with a good will gesture in way of apology. We discussed what happened and they have promised to improve there processes to ensure this does not take as long in the future. Nice that they took onboard the issue and have agreed to improve. Thank you

Great customer service by all the staff at data. I bought my first nailgun here and the knowledge and the assistant which they provide is second to none.

I have been buying tools from Data for years and always make them the first port of call for all my tools. The whole team are helpful and knowledgable. Of course Dave always wants a mention - so here it is. They are all so good. I also appreciate their impartial advice on brands and tools.
