We're sorry that you're disappointed with your experience.
According to the delivery records, DPD attempted delivery within the scheduled delivery window and advance notification of the delivery slot was provided. Prior to delivery, you contacted us to advise that you would not be available to receive the parcel and requested that it be returned to sender.
Once the parcel was returned, a refund was processed. Any charges discussed related to costs resulting from the return request and not because the item was "never received".
We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly if the item was no longer required by the time delivery was attempted. However, we do not believe the review accurately reflects the circumstances surrounding this order.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help.
