This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. They are a complete rip off

Recently did my PRINCE2 training through Datrix. My account manager Chris was very helpful when booking and answering all my question. Cannot fault the service and would roccomend to anyone

I couldn't rate Datrix highly enough. I sat a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course with them last month and everything about it was spot on. Superb training, great facilities and the courseware was ideal. I would recommend to any organisation or self funders.

I did both the foundation and practitioner courses but on separate occasions with this company. On each occasion the prearranged course dates were cancelled at the last minute citing the lecturer having personal issues. It transpired when i finally met the lecturer that there never was any course scheduled for those dates. It seems that the company book people on to courses that they know don't exist and make up some lie to get sufficient people together on the correct date. The actual delivery of the course was acceptable taking into account that a lot of information had to be imparted over a short period of time.The lecturer seemed well versed in Prince 2. It was over a period of a few days so "intensive" was expected. I suggest reading Prince 2 for dummies beforehand as their pre lecture notes make little sense unless one has a project management background. There could have been more practise questions to prepare for the exam but sadly time was short over those few days. I passed both courses on 1st attempt however a lot of extra work had to be put in each night. This is expected on these types of courses. Their rating has been let down by their dubious actions prior to attending the course

I attended a Prince 2 foundation course on the 19th May the course itself was fine but to date still have not received my certification I have emailed and got a response from customer services to say they are looking into it but nothing in 6 weeks or more.

I rang customer services today 11th August 2014 and it rings and cuts off highly suspect and would not recommend them and my company will not use them going forward.

The Datrix trainer was really good- he knew his stuff and was really engaging. The venue was sub-standard, with no tea/ coffee beyond that already pre-packaged in paper cups. The admin was so poor, with our tutor starting our exam late as he was trying to contact the office to get our candidate numbers

The Trainer was welcoming and friendly throughout the course, happy to take questions and help me understand some of the reasons for the methodology that i struggled with at the start. The practice questions (mock exams) were extremely useful with detailed explainations on why the wrong answers were wrong as well as why the correct answer was correct. Having previously done the PRINCE2 course (not with Datrix) I found the technical side of MSP easier to handle than PRINCE2 and the homework required was much less, mainly a revision of the day's activities was sufficient.

A thoroughly enjoyable course in a nice and relaxed learning environment - thank you!

Very professional course, well structured and easy to follow. The tutor was great at preparing us for the examination and ensuring that we were sufficiently prepared to assist us in passing! The tutor was thorough, patient and made the learning fun. I would definately recommend this course! Happy with my results.
Prince2 Practitioner.....

Very impressed with Nigel - he knew Prince2 inside out and kept us focussed on the work at hand and with his training I've managed to pass both exams. Would recommend.

Easy set-up
Training modules even worked on my smartphone allowing easy access anytime anywhere
Course was very tough but trainer was superb - supremely knowledgeable and got the job done with an effective direct style but also very supportive
Never felt rushed but covered a mountain of information!

Course training content was fantastic. Trainer was willing to go over areas where there were uncertainties. Picked up a lot of useful information regarding full process for ITIL. Highly recommended to anyone who would be interested, however you will need to be committed due to the intensiveness of the course.

I thought the course intesity level and delivery was pitched well. As I haven't got a project management background, despit doing the pre reading, I feel I was at a disadvantage in terms of having to not only learn the information for the course but also learn the language and acrnyms used within this field of work.
The tutor, although clearly knowledgable did not suit my learning style. He overtly tried to provide different learning style delivery throughout the course but it felt planned rather than in accordance with our needs.
The examples used were not always very clear and the material often flitted from one subject to another with no clear link.
I like humour and approachability from a tutor but there was a real overuse of bad jokes throughout the 5 days and when asking questions of the tutor, responses weren't given in a supportive way and it felt as though the tutor felt under challenge rather than that genuine questions and clrity were being sought.
I was also disappointed that during our final 2 hour revision session our tutor left to have lunch near by for the duration of that period which meant he wasnt around to answer any questions we had or clarify any points for us.
I passed both elements of the course so as I say he obvioulsy knows his stuff and some of his methods and teaching worked. I just feel he could easily brush people up the wrong way.

The administration overall was good although I do think it is courteous to send an acknowledgement of receipt of payment. But enquiries were met with timely responses and the price for the course was very competitive with the precourse material being useful.
The trainer was very expert and knew the material in side out, He was responsive and engaging and went out of his way to help as Prince2 is a tough and intensive course. It also made a change not to be murdered by Power Point! I was so pleased to pass and overall it was a really good stimulating expeirence. I would recommend Datrix and intend to use them again for further professional development.

I was sent on the PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner course through work. It was something I requested but when receiving the vast amount of pre-read material I had immediate regret. Thankfully this regret was eradicated on the first morning when our trainer Tony showed so much enthusiasm for the subject and had such a breadth of knowledge, it some how transferred to me. I cant thank him enough for getting me through the assessments and making, what can be a dry subject such an enjoyable week. I look forward to booking another course soon.

very well structured and a clear presentation. it was intensive learning and they made us work hard but well worth it

A very good introduction into the Prince2 methodology. The trainer broke everything down into easy to understand, with real world examples tailored to the work experience of participants. A lot of information to get through, but the more important material was used, relevant to the exam. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the training and venue used.

Would happily use Datrix again in the future.

The tutor knew the course detail and presented very well with examples. The tutor hand-out was much more useful then the Datrix course hand-out booklet. The course was very intensive for the 3 day.
Overall the course gave overview of the ITIL foundation. I would recommend the course to any IT member.

The Prince2 project management course was excellent . Our trainer Tony managed to turn what could have been a real turn off of a course into a turn on to the delights of PM. He was knowledgeable and entertaining about his subject, past experience shows that isn’t always the case, and had loads of practical examples to use to back up his points. His pragmatic approach meant that I could really see how I could apply the principles to a project of any size. So know I’m turned on to Prince2..

The week-long PRINCE2 project management course I attended was intensive but very enjoyable and the syllabus was covered in a methodical but engaging way with lots of references to real-life situations and experiences including our own individual work settings.
I was also impressed by the admin support - a technical glitch prevented access to the Datrix online pre-course materials but it was fixed within 10 minutes of emailing - great customer service.
I would definitely recommend.
