They always do not do a good job
They always do not do a good job. I took my car for a check on 13 September. When I got it back it still had the same problem. I took it back on 16 September. They said it will cost Dkk25,000 to fix. They said it’s fine I can drive with it in the meantime. On Saturday 21 September, my car got stuck. It is the bilgenerator. They did not even say that this was a problem when they looked st my car twice.

Hi Fahim and thank you for your review.
The first error you refer to, is a fault in the valve control system that we found via an error code in the car's CPU. The second error regarding the generator has nothing to do with the first error and is also not something that can be predicted or see through a diagnostic tool, before it occurs. It is a failure due to wear, suddenly occurring and will happen sooner or later.
We regret if our first explanation has been inadequate.

Den første fejl du referer til vedrører en fejl i ventilstyrings systemet som vi har fundet via en fejlkode i bilens CPU. Den anden fejl vedrører generatoren og har ikke noget med den første fejl at gøre. Det er heller ikke noget der kan forudses eller læses ud via et diagnoseværktøj før den opstår. Det er en fejl som skyldes slid og som pludselig opstår før eller siden.
Vi beklager at vores første forklaring har været utilstrækkelig.

Very disappointed!
They don't use the original Mazda Skyactiv oil. Instead they use Q8.
After changing the brake fluid, forgot to put back and close the lid. I saw that after one month. I went there to change my tires. After that I found out that the wheel is shaking. I had to go to another place to fix it. It looks like their machines are not well calibrated. Very disappointed from Daugaard Biler service.
