Very disappointed with the quality of my French Lace roses. The canes are brown with dead centers (pith). I tried calling but got a recording saying you're not taking phone calls. I sent an email yesterday with photos and have yet to receive a reply. I will never order from David Austin again. The expense of soil and the time and toil digging and planting was wasted.

The roses came right on time just as ordered. I ordered two roses for two different people. They said they did not get clear instructions on what to do, if they had to be planted immediately, etc. Other than that, I have no complaints. I know they will be beautiful plants because I’ve ordered about ten in the last few years and they are thriving. Thank you for an excellent product!

Your website is so easy to maneuver through. Because I grow in Zone 4 it is easy to focus in on those roses that are specific to my garden. I’ve ordered 4 roses this year, 3 last year. Your roses arrive in wonderful condition and I’ve referred others to your site.

David Austin gave me good customer service when the rose I had ordered in bare root did not meet quality requirements, they are sending the potted rose instead. Thank you!

So easy to order. Rose arrived so well packed. Rose was large, sturdy with a great root system. David Austen roses are the only ones I buy. Just bought Charles Darwin and planted it under my bedroom window to enjoy the aroma when it blooms.

Generally, I’ve left David Austin as a company. They are fantastic but the last couple times I’ve ordered it has not been the same experience as I’ve had over the last 30 years they I ordered two bundles of five roses. I got my rolled Dahl roses, but not my Harlow cars they’re not careful about counting if you order bundles they’re just not careful about how many they send and obviously I wouldn’t be complaining if they sent me an extra one, but I was shorted. I’ve been shorted the last two times I’ve ordered and I’m frustrated and then you reach out to call them on the telephone and they don’t answer the phone at all right now. They’re saying they have a technical issue and that there’s too many calls in the queue, but I’m calling at 6 o’clock in the morning. Come on now. I’ve emailed them. I haven’t gotten a response and it’s been three weeks since I received my order. I’m really frustrated. Meanwhile, I have a huge bold spot in the middle of my garden on my farm.

Beautiful bare root plant! Fast shipping! I'm an old time David Austin rose/Company fan and have been dealing with this company for almost 35 years. it was very rare but once I needed to call their customer service and the situation was very simply resolved. I have 150+ roses; mostly David Austin's because they're my favorite rose breeder.

The hybrid tea rose “Mr. Lincoln” I purchased had just one sprout emerging from the stems. It’s surely not the one I would have picked if had a chance to see other options. Not worth $40. I’m waiting for their customer service to reply to my email.

I ordered Sharifa Asma, but you sent Ambridge. I messaged customer service and did not receive a response yet after almost a week.
