Bought and sold through David Duggan 5 watches ,
Sold a Cartier Ballon Blue to start with and it was a great experience, subsequently I bought and sold other watches . Amazing service!

As reviewers have pointed out, it’s always a pleasure to deal with both David and Tony. They are very helpful and hugely knowledgeable - annd only sell top quality watches.

Having been left to deal with the task of disposing of family watches etc. it felt a huge responsibility and I didn’t know who to turn to for help and guidance.
For some reason I was drawn to David Duggan, I’d never been there before and can honestly say it was the BEST decision I made!
I knew my watches etc were no where near the quality of their own incredibly beautiful range, however, from the second I stepped in the shop I was treated with 100% total respect and kindness.
Tony was amazing, he went above and beyond to look after me and David was incredibly kind and welcoming. Any items of no real value were also identified for me and Kate was so supportive she offered to take them to a charity shop I nominated to prevent any further emotional stress for me.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me their time and went through every item explaining all details thoroughly.
I could not have been treated with any more of a supportive, extremely fair professional manner.
I was so impressed with the knowledge of David’s team and their understanding attitude that I returned to their beautiful shop in London some weeks later from my home in Leicestershire with more items.
They have given me excellent financial returns on the pieces I asked their advice on and I would wholeheartedly return again to David Duggan and his team for 100% professional, caring and respectful customer service!

As ever a pleasure to deal with David again last week selling a Vacheron Constantin power reserve watch. Always a fair proposal and a quick transaction.

Bought 3 beautiful watches over the years and was provided with outstanding customer care and attention each time. Highly recommend it.
