ho ordinato una borsa in data 08/05/25, causa scioperi di BRT la borsa è andata pers , nonostante le svariate mail inviate al venditore con la prova di BRT che comunica la non tracciabilità del prodotto e conseguente apertura del rimborso al venditore , il venditore manda a me mail che attende la mail ufficiale di BRT e quindi non mi rimborsa , in data 03/06/25 ricevo mail dal venditore per merce consegnata , contesto la consegna , scrivo a BRT , il quale conferma pratica chiusa d'ufficio x merce persa
questa la mail, nonostante questo continuano a non voler risarcire me
