This place is the most awfulest place I've ever put my loved one. They don't care about the individuals that they take care of let them live in mouse poop infested houses. Cockroach infested houses. They don't have enough food to feed them. They don't take them to the doctor and get their medications but they constantly have refills on their meds for some reason. My daughter's is not been to see her psychiatrist or have her blood work in over a year but still being prescribed to her medication. She had covid and no vote and strep throat and they wouldn't even give her a cough drop or take her to get a prescription for a cough drop and just let her suffer because they said they had to have prescriptions for everything that they gave them even as simple of a cough drop. They don't care about the well-being of these people they treat them like dogs and make them work in their thrift stores and the heat and not give them ice water when the staff was buying ice water for them to have they said it was too costly for them to not be able to have it they can drink out of the hot fountain or fight it with their own $50 a week allowance that they are allowed to have. They don't allow them to visit with their families they isolate them from them and you have to have everybody in the House's permission for the family to come visit their loved one which is stupid I should be able to come and see my child whenever I want to. I've had several events scheduled my mom lives in Indiana she's not seen my daughter in 4 years they threw a fit because she had to continue to work. Her aunt and uncle have come to visit her a few times you live in Missouri and that they threw a fit giving them six to eight weeks notice that these people were coming and they still would not let her have the time off. Their excuse was she had to work and no one could replace her. Had a normal job you can get time off with a reasonable amount of notice not at djk enterprises willow tree. The executive director Terry oh he is such an awful person he cusses you out he calls you names he yells and screams at the individuals for doing things wrong not mind you they are disabled with intellectual and physical and mental disorders so they're not going to do everything just perfect and that he shouldn't be screaming at them in the first place. They fired one of her favorite staff because she had a stomach bug and wanted chicken chicken soup and the staff went and bought canned chicken noodle soup but this particular staff had a homemade recipe went out of her own way with her own money to buy the individual ingredients and cook it for her and they fired her for not following protocol. F$$k your protocol. Not letting them have even over the counter stuff or getting prescriptions so they can have over the counter stuff we did her a Walmart delivery all the time and they got mad at me for buying toilet paper for the house because I was being nice they said that's our job to provide things. I just wanted to make sure my child was taken care of while she was there I'm so happy to have her back home

Purchased one of the combo packs just before Christmas but unfortunately the cargos were not up my style, everything else including sliders, T-shirt, socks and front pouch parka style hoody were perfect.

I’ve purchased several times from DJK and quality of clothes is class, however the service is not.

Upon trying to return my cargos, which still have tags and clearly unworn, the manager refused me a credit note, as I was a day or two outside of period.

I accept responsibility for being late but clearly item was in new condition and all I wanted was a credit note to purchase something else.

I asked to escalate the query and was refused and told to send an email, which I promptly did and the response was as we stated it’s a no.

I live in east Belfast and love the fact that a local business has such quality products however as a local business don’t adopt the corporate approach and refuse the returning customers that keep your business alive.

I asked to speak with DJK also and again refused, so my advice is get yourself a new manager or train him on how to deal with customers properly as it will hinder your business now and in the future.

If I could have given zero stars it would be more fitting. Appalling customer service, unbelievably from the owner, thoroughly shocking. Cheap, tasteless, dull tack regurgitated by a cheap factory using the cheapest of materials. It was the 1st & last visit to it. Spoke to a woman who had been in to make a return & also received diabolical service. The incompetence of the owner seems to filter through the entire staff. They appear to have limited understanding of consumer rights and limited attempts at communication. Poor attitude, absolutely no manners, low end product on repeat. The older woman on the counter who just gawped vacantly, incapable of taking charge of the task. A “brand” ? No, cheap, mass produced tat with initials on, no thanks. I left the gift voucher we had at a charity shop, hopefully someone can get use from it. Our visit was end of July.

A really poor company. They send unsolicited marketing, when you email to attempt to get this to stop (and find out how they received your details), they simply ignore you.

Definitely a company to avoid online as you have no idea how they'll misuse your data.
