Great shopping visit
Visited David Search jewellery shop with my wife for the first time looking for a special birthday present for her. Served by a very pleasant young man named BEN who couldn't have been more helpful.He was was very patient and understanding. After some time we brought a beautiful necklace for my wife's 75 birthday which we are very happy with. As we left the shop we both agreed that we where made to feel special and had a wonderful experience. Thank you very much Mr &Mrs T Peers.

I love David's jewellers in Richmond. David and his team are always so patient with me as I love to have a look and try a few pieces on. I do invariably buy something !! they are not hard sell, have the most exquisite jewellery and David is an icon.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. Bought a watch with a six month guarantee. After a month or so the winder simply came away from the watch. Took it back. Was charged for the repair (tey told us that they did the repair at cost – though that still meant us paying 30 odd pounds more…)despite it being under guarantee. The owner said that no company at all will guarantee the winder of a new watch(I would be interested to know if this is indeed the case). The reason being that they NEVER break of their own accord, the reason essentially being that the user has always done something that causes it to break. If that is the case, I find that reasoning extraordinary. Of all the watches made every day across the world, surely there is the potential for faulty materials or workmanship or both, to cause a winder to break? Apparently not. I just hope that if the owner of this shop buys a new car and the clutch then falls off that he will then not expect it to be repaired under guarantee. Will never shop at this place again. Very, very poor.
