Davies Turner is an excellent company to work with. They are extremely reliable, professional, and very understanding in handling day-to-day logistics challenges.

I have been in business for over 10 years and have worked with at least seven other logistics companies. For the past two years, we have been working with Davies Turner, and the difference in service quality has been outstanding.

Their team is responsive, dependable, and consistently delivers on expectations. For us, they are a 10/10 logistics partner.

An absolutely amazing transport company to work with. I have never used them before and had imported a table from Indonesia, and had been emailing them with so many emails that it could be construed as annoying. I had so many new experiences and at no point did they pressure me, and make me feel silly. Lorna was fantastic, as was the manager who dealt with me, who even helped with keeping our items in their warehouse longer than anticipated due to all the issues we had. Could not recommend them enough!

If you want your goods to arrive safely, they stay away from this company, 2 separate shipments, 2 damaged packages... it's joke not a company.

Just recieved our personal belonging back here in the UK after our earlier return from Papua New Guinea.
Lorna and the team at Davies Turner were amazing, great communication, responsive to my enquiries and just all round helpful.
The driver was excellent as well when it came to the delivery and unloading our crates at home as well, just sorry I didnt get his name (young Polish man) to be able to thank him on here as well, as he too was a credit to the company

These guys are great, they were a carrier for one of our shipments and they were really helpful from start to finish. Charlie Diston was very helpful and always quick to come back to our e-mails. Really happy with the service we received.

I can't believe the negative reviews here. We've been using Davies Turner for over 40 years, of which I've been here nearly 30, their service has been exemplary during that time.

Can't fault the service and their prices are generally very competitive. Peter, Jim, Chris, Jean and Lindsey are all a pleasure to deal with, if only all freight companies were this good.

We've used 7 or 8 customs agents since Brexit. Davies Turner are (a) the worst; and (b) the most expensive.

Staff who have been there for a couple of years act as if it's their first day and seem incapable of remembering what they did last week - this results in delays to the customer receiving their shipment, with no acknowledgment that they've dropped the ball yet again.

Charges are ridiculous - perhaps 2x to 3x what other customs agents charge.

Absolute arses. Unfortunately one of our forklift drivers hit some freight with his forks however stopped just in time to prevent damage to the freight inside and only pierced a hole in the box it was kept in. We showed images to Davies Turner and the driver even backed us up saying there was no damage to the freight inside. Despite that they ring us up complaining and moaning non stop but the worst part is when they make mistakes they avoid all accountability so basically if you have an incident it’s the end of the world but if Davies turner mess up it’s for some reason ok and not their fault.

The drivers of the articulated trucks owned by this company are using Old Arley near their Atherstone unit, as a rat run. The small village of Old Arley is situated on a rural lane with domestic vehicles parked outside terraced cottages. Our windows and doors rattle as the trucks drive through. Damaging to lives for the sake of saving a few seconds.

Hi there. I don’t often take time to write reviews, but I wanted to comment on all the help I’ve received from one of your employees. Her name is Charlie Diston. I am a new customer and have found the process of importing goods extremely complex. Charlie has been so helpful. I genuinely couldn’t have navigated through all of this without her. She has gone above and beyond and continually stayed in touch with me. I hope these reviews are noted and Charlie’s managers read this. Very often those who are first port of call in companies are able to give a first impression that lasts. Charlie has certainly done that. She’s a credit to your business. Employees like this should be valued and rewarded and I hope that Charlie will be. Thanks so much

Charlie Dilston was a great help on our LCL shipment. Was very patient when our client kept changing delivery dates. Excellent service received!

Lorna's communication was excellent. She was always timely and extremely helpful as I really had no knowledge of the process. Her excellent customer service really reduced a great deal of stress.
The costing was a fair and extremely competitive price and I was impressed with the value for money.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my interactions with the company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Brandon was very helpful explaining the full import process and freight arrangements as it was my first time.
Would highly recommend.

This was my first Time dealing with Davis turner and my 1st time importing anything, I was quite worrried with the whole process but Brandon talked me through everything and was very responsive, always called me back if he wasn't in...I will be using this company again going forward. highly recommend to ask to deal with Brandon :)

We use Turner Davies for EU deliveries that are large and heavy , our last consignment was over 10 feet by 3' x 2'.5" and expensive was going to Hungary . I had help with regulations and customs help also was at hand every step of the way , customs was handled at every border crossing and a email every time . Each time has been a great experience thank you guys !!

Davies Turner Bridgend and Davies Turner Air Cargo London are excellent - they were more able to help out and amend an airway bill out of hours on a bank holiday weekend to make sure our customer in Colombia got their consignment. I work with so many shipping companies and it’s third time I had to use Davies turner and third time it took ages to do the job and some ridiculous charges has been added for the job they can’t do. Ridiculous.

Having just left a 1 star rating for DHL I thought I should spare a minute to leave a 5 star rating for Davies Turner who have proven to be very reliable over the past year. Easy to work with, do what they say & deliver without issues. Good communication.
