I've been using Davinci for a long time now and they've solved so many problems for me. I have MS and I can't stop it progressing. All I can do is keep adapting my to enable me to cope. The latest drama is I can't access our new car because I am very small and the seat is too high. My legs are pretty useless and extremely unstable. I've nearly broken my neck a few times trying to get in and out.

I went to Davinci and Mark and Steve went through the options. I was looking at a Tranfer Plate but it wasn't right and I doubt my big bum would fit on it. Instead they came up with lowering the seat. This is a perfect solution and I'm so grateful for expertise and knowledge.It also saved me around £600.

I was really impressed with the service I received when buying a new wheelchair. I never felt rushed into making a decision, everything was explained clearly and options were discussed. Amendments to the chair were needed and an extra home visit required before settling on a final design. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm extremely pleased with the final result. I'd thoroughly recommend Davinci!

DaVinci really are THE Super-Jedi-Masters of their field.
35 years into my disability the wheelchair I need has become all sorts of complicated. There were many subtle and unsure details. Long story.

Where other companies have tried and failed, the (Legerra) 'chair DaVinci have made me is an absolute joy. It's delightfully easy to manoeuvre and fits me like a well-tailored glove.

Their advice and aftercare were very helpful and they put considerable effort into ensuring my needs were met.
It's not my first DaVinci 'chair and I doubt it'll be my last.

Neil and Mihalis, Visited me at my home and accesed my need for an Alber Emotion wheelchair, the service was excellent and kept me updated on the build. They delivered my Wheelchair yesterday and explained everything i needed to know about the Alber wheels and assisted with my test run. It was a pleasure to meet them and i know they are there for me should i have any ongoing problems 👍

Absolutely amazing wheelchair the exceeds expectations. This is my first bespoke wheelchair and I couldn’t be happier. Outstanding service from Neil and M, who went above and beyond to get things perfect. Would recommend this outstanding to company for anyone who wants quality and service that can’t be bettered.

I have just received my wheelchair by a courier we know. Our house is so small we had to unbox it outside In the rain but it was one of my happiest days for a long time. Neil at Davinci was great as we did all the measuring through the phone. He was so helpful and helped me get the greatest wheelchair I have ever had. The chair is very well built and looks so very cool I love it. I can sit in it while gaming, win win thank you all of the folks at Dinvinci

We had a problem with the wheelchair, called up to ask advice , was seen within the hour , job sorted, they also didnt up sell products which is unusual in this day and age ....all the staff were lovely, so helpful and polite would highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

Amazing customer service. Have fitted my adaptions, quick to help to resolve any issues I have and always willing to offer advice. Quick to accommodate the changes to my hoist when I moved from scooter to wheelchair. The whole team are friendly and welcoming. Have, and will continue to, recommend them to others.

I have just had hand controls fitted by the team at Davinici to my new car. The team liased with the supplying dealer and made me and the dealer welcome to do the car handover whilst they fitted the controls

Mark, Gary, Sue and the team went above and beyond to make things happen and I now know why their customers travel globally to visit.

I had to drive over from York to have an adaptation looked at. Mark the manager handled the issue and fixed it within half an hour. Mark and the team are also very friendly and approachable. I've struggled with this issue for over six months, thanks guys for making it worthwhile.

I have had my Davinci mobility aid for almost three years. I can honestly say I would not buy their product again. The fact I had to take my wheelchair to Liverpool from Portsmouth to have the bracket mounted to my wheelchair was bad enough. The mounting system is the most awkward and frustrating system I have tried. I have since tried other brands and their mounting system are far easier to use and does not need a massive bracket fitted to the underside of the chair. I also paid to have dual battery's, that has been a nightmare. Not because they don't work, but the fact you have to remove both batteries from the harness and swap them over manually. I asked last year if Davinci had plans to add a switch to make swapping batteries easier, they said no. Another bad point on design and usability. To be honest with the extra battery and the BMX wheels (3) I bought so I always had a spare at hand. I feel I have waisted over £4k. Just because they are a British based firm does not make the product any better. I am even having problems getting a new tyre for the drive wheel as they like the motor are from China and not a European standard. The tyre has not tread in the middle (where traction is needed the most) but all the tread is on the outside. Would I buy or recommend Davinci, No is the the simple answer. Or until they change both the mounting system and the battery switch over.

We received wonderful care and advice about a wheelchair my husband needs to help him get about. We were visited in our home where wheelchairs were brought for us to try and assess if they were suitable. I cannot say enough about the personal attention we received.
