Davivienda doesn't care about security

I was a victim of an internet scam and gave my debit card details to the scammers. They immediately tried to take money from my account luckily I generally don't keep money in my account precisely due to security. I reported the attempted fraud and specifically asked, as is logical, that my debit card be blocked. This was in Febuary 2025. However several fraudulent transactions still managed to be accepted by Davivienda. I complained and was refunded for 'fraudulent transactions' Each time I again demanded my card be blocked and was assured by phone that it was blocked. I have emails from these gangsters, I mean Davivienda Bank, saying 'transaction refused, card blocked'. But in April I had a string of fraudulent transactions facilitated by these crooks Davivienda. When I complained they again investigated as before but shockingly they refused to refund me this time, as instead of 1 transaction there were 10 or 11. They even accuse me of having a connection with the scammers and say it was my fault. I foolishly imagined that if my card was blocked Davivienda wouldn't permit any transactions but no they are quite happy to drain my account in collaboration with their fellow thieves. Avoid Davivienda Colombia at all costs or it will cost you.

Fake 50,000 bills from the ATM

Davivienda gave me a Fake 50,000 peso bill through the ATM. This could have caused legal troubles for me. As a tourist I doubt I have little recourse. The bill even had stamps on it from failing previous tests! They had to know.
