The charting platform could be better
The charting platform could be better. A drop down menu to chose the gateway insteadf of a keyboard hotkey. I know it was developed as a keyboard only platform once but it is time now... Some crashes now and then are not nice but I can handle it. The support is awesome and fast which is the most important. Prices and fees for the quotes are good.

I am very happy with the system and the enabling team that helped me by the moment. Unfortunatly, I have some difficulties with my ISP and that disbled me to access Metro and TIP (working on this) But, The HelpDesk always help me very kindly and very efficient. The PPro tool works good too. Andrea Flores always help with high efficiency and kindness.
Its is very useful and important the TV show, the traders are awesome, the information is high quality; also webinars are so useful! The traders have each of them so different style that is really interesting for me. The chat created some exchange that is invaluable.
In this order, I would appreciate some network between traders in order to help each other interacting and helping.

The approach to opening the office was…
The approach to opening the office was excellent. specialists promptly responded to all questions and problems. Perhaps there is not enough teaching materials or a training base, specifically on trade, and not a base on the work of markets (it is very useful). this can increase the survivability of DTTW offices, for example explaining market participants and the levels they are not willing to create.
