They take your money immediately but they are very slow in delivering your purchase, or even a good product. They make you purchase useless items with the promise that you will get a good one in the near future - which does happen eventually, but only way later than promised, without the promised discount, and sometimes only if you were lucky enough not to have to send a ticket for it ( which, of course, needs weeks to process). Also, their flagship product ( DAZ3D program itself) has many issues that they would not tell you about. For example, even tough they encourage you to buy products after products, they don't tell you that the program cannot support even a medium-sized library. You only find out after you insist and insist to talk to someone who can explain why the simplest action ( like, selecting an item in the scene) takes minutes to complete - which, obviously, makes the program useless. They also charge you in advance for the yearly subscription, and, in my case, TWICE ( only got my money back after complaining to the bank about it; and they did not even bother to apologize).

It is nice to find some free stuff on DAZ from tome to time. Sorry I do not buy much stuff now as I have a hard disk with 166 Gb of stuff downloaded since 2014 not all DAZ contents some Poser stuff mostly from Renderosity. I like creating my own stuff as have all the Converters so can use old V4-M4 stuff. think the quality of the Daz Software is very high spec. Thanks.

Exceptional products at reasonable prices, would recommend to all interested in working with premade 3D assets.

Be careful! DAZ are frauds that steal money for subscriptions that are already canceled and refuse to refund! I have just reported them to econsumer.gov.

I canceled my subscription on january 6th 2021, still they deducted the subscription fee from PayPal, once on march 7th and again twice on march 8th, cumulating to 105 dollars. I contacted support and they took days to react, then telling me this is my problem and they will not refund. This is basically fraud. It was then solved by PayPal.

In march 2022 I reported a bought asset as no longer working after a software update. They acknowledged the problem but even after countless mails over months it was not fixed until the time I write this in mid-august 2022. That is no support, that is a big laugh and extremely customer-hostile. Once they have your money they do not care at all about their customers. I had similar problems multiple times. So be careful if you buy any asset there, if it is broken, they do nothing.

I already left a review concerning my love/hate relationship with Daz, I don't think I need to add anything else. I suspect at this time like everything else I post with Daz, it was likely glossed over and quickly forgotten.

fast and easy. Just wanted to say more. I'm pleased with Daz3D and Daz Central. Works great on current Xeon RTX hardware Technology with Windows OS. Lots of training out there to make use easy. I recommended joining the yearly membership. Its low price, lot of value!

Daz 3D is an amazing website with a lot of 3d assets and resources. They even give you the free software in order to try those resources out. I'm not giving it a full five stars because while they provide good quality assets, the majority of them are rather expensive in terms of cost, especially if you buy more than five of them (with the exceptions of very cheap products), and in order to use them outside of Daz 3D studio, you will have to pay for a interactive license, which also adds to the cost. All these flaws aside, I would still recommend Daz 3D to anyone who wants to get started with fast character creation without the sculpting modeling.

I found a model which is perfect for sci-fi artwork. Price was right too. This will be fun.
