They cancelled my order and didn't automatically refund me
They cancelled my order as they didn't actually have the model they were offering for sale, then didn't automatically refund me as they seemed to be confused over how refunds work for that payment method - so I had to ask for my money back even though they cancelled the order. Timewasters - but at least I did get a refund.
