I am Italian and I don't know Danish at all (although I have wonderful memories of Denmark).
Despite the help of Google Translate, if I had not had the assistance of the support offered by DBA, I would not have been able to complete the purchase of an item of interest to me.
The seller was also quick and available to give me all the information necessary to define everything.
So the five stars I gave are more than deserved.

Quick answer, good help and explanations. I faced a problem with revising and redrawing an ad, was concerned about my ad and the payment status. Within a short time I got a mail with a kind, detailed and helpful explanation, which cleared up the situation, and all problems were solved.

I got a fine support on how to handle the seller of an object, that was not equal to the written and promised. I was advised to the legal aspects of buying private-to-private. My communication with seller with the advises in mind went well and we settled a return/refund.

I had bought hunting binoculars from a seller living far away from me. The seller was MitID validated and I could pay with MobilePay so I trusted that I could buy the item without meeting the seller. But the package containing the binoculars just 'disappeared', the seller didn't have any information about the package and I for sure never received anything. The seller also had 'lost' his mobile phone and access to his email. How much bad luck can one have ? ;-) Anyway, I knew for sure there was something fishy when the seller put out another model of binoculars for sale a couple of weeks after mine. Different model than the ones I had bought but also exactly half price of the new price and also in 'almost perfect state'. How many 'almost new' binoculars does he have at home ? ;-)
Anyway, when he didn't return the money as promised I contacted DBA.dk and the next day I got my money back. I am pretty sure the intervention of the customer support helped. The customer support was quick at reacting and taking my case seriously. I am thankful for all the help I got.
Despite the great customer support my rating is 'only' four stars out of five because I think that their was a risk here that I would never have gotten my money back. I would have reported it to the police but all of this would not have been necessary if dba.dk had a kind of rating system of sellers (like ebay.com). Lack of such a rating system means that one needs to be careful when buying something from a seller one cannot meet in person.

I experienced an ongoing problem getting into contact with a seller to whom I had paid a deposit for a promised product. When I contacted DBA support, they very willingly acted on my behalf and contacted the seller. Within hours I received a text message from the seller. which resulted in a successful completion of the sales process. I am pleased that DBA, in addition to providing a good online sales platform also actively follow up on its potential misuse.

I created an account. Soon after my account was blocked. I emailed customer service. They never responded. I emailed again and they said I had to request a phone call from them and use mitid to regain access to the account I had recently created and never used. In other words: they never explained why my account was blocked and they do not make it easy to regain access. I won't use dba, there are more reliable options (according to what you are looking for)

I had a very good experience with customer service with a package that came back to me because GLS never contacted the receipient. Customer service not only paid me back the original freight cost but also allowing me to ship out again WITHOUT further cost. Furthermore, after doing that, they informed me that I was also allowed to send directly to home adress - and also this was WITHOUT any cost

I have been trying to buy a PlayStation for my children for Christmas. I thought I could buy used PlayStation since its very expensive for my budget. I have contact with few sellers "verified" but they all tried to rip me off. you just find out they either use someone else's verified account or after I contact them they just want money be transferred to them. It's very difficult to find out if the person is legit or not. I had to spend a lot of time in social media, google search, Krak , image search etc. Really a detective work. After wasting valuable time by researching finding most people I had contacted is fraud. they are just trying to steal my money. DBA needs to find a way to eliminate all this fraud, thieves. MITID/NEMID Verification doesn't solve the problem unfortunately. Please use your imagination DBA there are many things you can do to solve this problem, it's not that difficult.
