This background is beautiful and very easy to shoot.
The material needs ironed or steamed before using which is always true with backgrounds.
Great product and have ordered others before and will order more when need be.

The fabric quality was excellent. Should be useable for years to come. From purchase to delivery it seemed to take a long time—about 2 1/2 weeks. I was a little disappointed in the design I chose as it was a little too gray and black and not quite how the online picture depicted it. There’s no return policy so you have to be sure of what you want.

The backdrop I purchased had absolutely horrible coloring. The snow was gray and black with shadows, however, as advertised on the website the snow was white. I am not even given the option for a full refund after being completely disappointed. I will never purchase from here again.

Been 5 days after their "10-15 day shipping window" and still no backdrop and no idea when it's going to arrive, despite whats app messages saying "it's coming soon". I had to cancel my photoshoot due to it not being delivered when it said it would be, and no clear communication as to when - if ever - it's arriving.

Edited 11/17: This company asked me to edit my review/take it down as the refund I asked for (and deserved as the backdrop never arrived) was finally processed. To be clear, I ordered on Oct 10th with a promised 10-15 day shipping confirmation. Despite two weeks of WhatsApp messages, repeated emails back and forth with customer service and lots of empty promises, four weeks after the original purchase date, was the order refund given, on Nov 11th. I'm not removing this review due to the delay, but because of the chasing that they made me do: I was repeatedly sent links to the tracking that didn't work, phone numbers to the courier that were literally out-of-service, and time lines that were seemingly made up, a promise for a refund if "it wasn't there in 2 days" to then backtrack and say they'd make another one for me, etc. Long story short, my time is worth more than a backdrop, I would be fine waiting a month if that's how long they stated it would take, but I cannot stand the gaslighting.

So be aware that you may get what you ordered, or you may not, hopefully your experience is better than mine. Good luck ya'll!

It took some time to arrive, but it is beautiful.

I was pleased with product. Shipping a total disaster! Did not get till 3 days after event. It sat in one place 4 days, waiting details???? No eta given, AT ALL! Could not get any response from you or shipping company. Will never use your company again!

Product was of good quality and appearance...tracking number was incorrect according to USPO and I could not track...I had no apprix shipping / arrival date and inefficient way to communicate....was worried I had used a fraudulent site...

Everything was delivered as promised and the quality seems to be great!! will definitely order again if needed.

The response and the fast shipping. One suggestion: Offer a smaller moon about a quarter in size to the left or right. This would allow more variation to photograph more children or one adult . The one I have is good for outdoors

They offer a huge selection of backdrops at reasonable prices. The backdrops are high quality. Delivery takes a bit of time, so best to order early.

quality backdrop but shipping took a while to Philadelphia
