When my brother was taken seriously ill suddenly, Bethany Stevens the Property Manager was brilliant in helping me resolve his rental. He has been in hospital for weeks and his recovery is going to be many months meaning he's out of work and unable to run his rented house. Bethany was understanding of the situation and helped me sort everything quickly and fairly and got the house relisted to take the pressure off our family at a stressful time.
