Great service, quick and professional. They explained things well so I knew exactly how the process would work and the way the average type of my case would go.

Professional

Professional, efficient, supportive company who guided us all the way through the legal and court process we had to use to gain back possession of a property.

Very much a minefield but made easier with DCB legal support throughout from day one until today when the property came back into my possession.

Many thanks to all the team involved in this complex case.

Excellent advice and support from Tony…

Excellent advice and support from Tony E at DCB Ltd. He clearly explained the whole process regarding an unpaid invoice from a customer and made everything easy to understand. Very professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend their services if you need help with debt recovery or unpaid invoices.

DCBL have been very helpful

I’ve had a good experience with DCBL so far. Communication has been clear and I’ve been kept updated throughout the process. Michael has been particularly helpful and professional, explaining the next steps regarding the High Court writ and enforcement clearly and calmly. Overall, the process has felt straightforward and well managed, and I appreciate the support provided.

Exceptional seamless service

Exceptional service – five stars!Michael provided brilliant customer service right from the start. He sent over a highly detailed email at the very beginning with clear, precise instructions on exactly how to progress the writ. Once I sent everything over, he sent a reply email confirming receipt incredibly quickly and clearly explained the next procedures that would happen. Top bod—any company is lucky to have him!

Applying for High Court Enforcement

Spoke to Mike who fully explained the process and possible outcomes and costs . I completed the form sent in an email link and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be ,a positive experience and very happy with the service so far .

They don’t even deserve one star!!

They don’t even deserve one star!!!

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company. No empathy, no help, just constant pressure for money. The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful, then started asking for my date of birth like I’m applying for a mortgage — what has that even got to do with anything when I’m simply trying to explain I only just received the letter due to moving address?

The app is completely useless, impossible to actually get proper support or speak to someone willing to help. They clearly don’t care about people or circumstances, only about grabbing money as quickly as possible. Zero compassion, zero customer service. Avoid if you can.

DCBL were singularly inept

DCBL were singularly inept. Between Sept 2025 and March 2026, they attended the debtor only twice and both without result. Our information about assets and best days and times to attend to seize assets were ignored. Their reporting back to us and general communications were woeful. We terminated our engagement with them and appointed another bailiff.
