Unfortunately Playing does not gaurantee a win.
Quite sad to see a 3* review because you haven't won when these rastings are based on the service we provide and as you can see from our reviews we pride ourselfs in maintaning a great service to all our customers.
We wish everyone could win, but it doesnt work like that im affraid, it is the risk you take when you play unfortunately.
We do have every ticket is a winner comps, and 1in10 odds comps ect but of course if you are spending 20p to try and win £5,000 the odds will be much higher and you have to take that into consideration when entering.
We hope you have a win soon and can come back and give us a 5* Review then so we can maintain our fantastic 5* Rating we pride ourselfs in!
