Ordered one of their tarps after researching reviews online as they seemed to be the best around. It was reasonably priced and delivered very quickly. Having had a close look I can say without reservation that it is a fantastic piece of kit. Well made and able to be used in multiple ways. I should also say that their web site has loads of useful information to be accessed.
Nice friendly staff as well.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will be shopping with them again.

I ordered at around 2-3pm, at 8:30am the next day my items arrived!
I paid NO additional costs to upgrade my delivery, very quick service.

Recently got back into tarp camping after a few years of comfortable family camping. DD tarps and hammocks are the absolute pinnacle- their kit is outstanding and I dont hesitate to recommend

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I damaged the bug net on my Frontline hammock which was completely my fault, I decided to replace with a new Frontline hammock which has wider spreader bars which is great. DD are awesome, a trusted global supplier of fantastic products who will have my custom forever :-)

This is a great company and excellent customer services. Will only buy DD Hammocks as the product is so good. The recent purchase was an underblanket and this does add the finishing touches to any hannock.

The service on the website was great. Plenty of tutorial videos if you were uncertain on anything. The product was excellent with no issues at all.

Been speaking to Joe from DD and I am absolutely blown away by the high level of customer service I have received, very friendly, polite and helpful beyond belief.
I own various DD products, from hammocks to tarps and sleeping bags and can honestly say the quality is top notch, I can't fault them. With that said, if you should have any issues, worries or questions with your product (like I have) they are there to happily help you as much as they can, they seem really determined to make their customers satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

D&D quality is very poor.Had a tarp that ripped
Decided to give another chance with pyramid tent.
Needed to seam seal it despite taped seams, still leaking currently due to bad design of guide rope attachments.Still have to go over stitching of peg attachments
Would not recommend tarps and/or tents from this company
Can not comment on hammocks.
Will not be purchasing from this company again, quality is extremely poor in my experience

Ordered a paracord bracelet, but the wrong colour was delivered. The proper colour bracelet was sent without extra cost and even the custom clearance was paid. Good and swift service highly recommended.

Just want to say I’ve had the swiftest response and resolution to an email order query in the history of responses and resolutions. Vikki in the sales team was extremely friendly, courteous and really exemplified a customer focused service delivery and is an amazing asset to the company. I can’t wait to get the order to get out and test it now.

I am new to the world of wild camping, and everywhere I asked for the best tarp options (on twitter, Reddit, YouTube) I was consistently pointed in the direction of DD Hammocks.

The price was mote reasonable compared to the other options, and considering what I had heard about the quality of the brand - it was a no brainer.

I ordered the 3x3 Tarp and was also their Travel Hammock / Bivi - a very unique and practical bit of kit that I had no idea existed. Anyways, great products, solid build quality - had I minor issue with the Travel Hammock so am having that replaced.

This brings me into my next point of praise - the whole exchange process regarding the Hammock has been seemless. And even prior to this when I enquired about other products on their site they were happy to help, informative and very friendly. Even things such as emails are responded to by people, rather than automated messages made it such a great experience.

This is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had online, and this alone has put my trust in the company and I will definitely be looking to by from them again when I need a new bit of gear. It’s hardly like their product prices break the bank (definitely not when considering their quality), but I would always say to pay the extra bit for a trusty and reliable brand like DD Hammocks, rather than opting for a slightly cheaper option on other websites just for the sake of a few pounds.
