The team from DDL tiles sold us some very high quality and great looking tiles for our bathroom and matched them with a beautiful vanity unit and wall mounted tall unit. They were very fast and polite when responding to our (many) questions, both over email and phone.

Great customer service!
They went above and beyond to help me choose the right tiling. The range of sizes available is excellent, and they were very upfront and clear about the whole process.

After only 3 months of use bathroom, brass features deteriorate badly and toilet seat snapped after only week of use.
Apparently brass is not brass but some painted material. Now golden parts are black!
When i complained, they said i should use only water and dump cloth to clean it as per instructions which were in the package?!
Because I used viakal i am not entitled for a refund?!
This company is a fraud!
While staff is extremely helpful on the beginning, when you purchase, they will not help you if problem occur.
I will rase this case further.
Avoid this company!

We Recently bought tiles and a vanity unit from this company and we’re super impressed by their helpfulness, patience and efficiency. We were helped by a young man called Alecs who could not have been more helpful. He was so polite and patient listening to all our questions and lifting big slabs to show us options side by side. We weren’t rushed and his service was exceptional.

I just purchased some tiles from DDL Tiles in Watford. I cannot tell you how easy, comfortable, knowledgeable the service was :) they are so helpful, and when a couple of my tiles were slightly damaged, they happily and willingly helped me to replace them. They were exceptional in keeping me informed after the order as to time of actual delivery. My whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Would definately recommend.

We purchased cloakroom and bathroom wall tiles and would highly recommend . Excellent service from the very beginning until the end. There is a wide selection of different styles and finishes that you can find in their showroom . Delivery was very efficient .

DDL tiles are an amazing company to deal with. I purchased tiles for 2 bathrooms, the product, price and service was all on point. We ran out of tiles for one of the bathrooms, I called and spoke to them, they ordered me more and gave me a date for when they would be in stock. They managed to get them quicker than the time frame they gave me. Great quality, great service, family run business and they are very helpful. Will use again

DDL is the best tile shop in our area!!! I browsed a lot and visited hundreds of them. I can confirm they provide an excellent service, the staff are very friendly, they really take your need on board. DDL offers a very fair price ( price for the same items in many others places, especially branches, noticeably higher), variety of tiles is huge there, high quality…In some way their shop is unique, I would call it a gallery.
Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! By the way, they were recommended to me by my colleague.

We have been searching for quality tiles and we came across DDL tiles. From start to delivery it was an absolute pleasure communicating with the team. Mr. PJ who is a great connoisseur of various tiles, and he was able to point us to the right direction to make inform choice. We greatly appreciate all his time and effort to make our purchase and choice easy. The tiles we bought are of great quality and look fantastic. Both Dinesh and Alec were very helpful and ease communication between us and the manufacturer for some changes we made in the process. They are both responsive and generally wonderful to deal with. We purchased tiles from DDL and we found the customer service of PJ and his team to be absolutely first class. They were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable and gave us all the time we needed to decide on which tiles. Not to mention the quality of the tiles has been top notch. After service has been excellent too, and when we needed the odd extra tile at the last minute, Alecs went the extra mile to ensure we could get what we needed and right away. My wife finally chose tiles after several visits to DDL tiles, the staff are brilliant and did not have any issues with us visiting on several occasions and taking away different tiles to match our existing decor.
Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and there was never any pressure to purchase anything, always too happy to help.
Would definietely recommend them.

Great service from PJ, helped us to select the correct tiles and also spoke to the builder and advised on the correct way to install the tiles. I have been to over 20 tile stores, couldn't find better than DDL. Service was great and even when i needed few extra things quickly PJ sent them through a courier without any extra charges.
